This is a local shop in Smyrna and I decided to stop by after going to UPS. It was my first time here, so I was unsure of what I wanted. A lot of the options had peanut butter, almond milk or coconut water, which I'm allergic to, so I opted for the pomegranate berry smoothie. It came out pretty quick. It was tasty, but the price seemed a little steep. Also, it had protein in it, but I honestly didn't taste it at all. I tasted mostly the pomegranate juice. Happy to have a cool little shop in Smyrna that sells juice and smoothies. This is the second time I go there, first time had a protein shake and second time had the ALL GREEN ( kale, spinach, parsley, celery, ginger etc) My review is solely on the green juice. I grew up in a Southern California and NYC were you can easily find a hispanic or Asian produce store that sells juice, and based on my experience, I would state the product was unsatisfactory. The picture shows my juice color light green. Making me conclude that it is mostly celery in my juice. I probably drink 3-4 juices at home and when on the road get the cold press ones at Whole Foods. Walking the Silver Comet Trail this morning after 4 miles was looking for a smoothie pick me up. Nutrition King & Oasis was a 5 minute drive and had good reviews on Yelp so I decided to give it a try. This place has lots of things that I normally buy and have to drive far away to get vitamins, probiotic, essential oils, supplements, teas, juices, smoothies and more. I had the 20oz protein power shake which had banana, almond milk, peanut butter, honey, and vegan protein. It was delicious and very filling I wasn't hungry again until it was time for lunch. I also bought some spearmint oil for my diffuser. I will definitely be back to try the detox juices and other products. read more

Love love love this place! Truly a hidden gem! I was in the mood for a smoothie waiting for my dad to get out of church and at the recommendation of my manager went here. My intention was to just get a smoothie, but I got an acai bowel too. The smoothie was okay, the extra scoop of peanut butter helps, but as someone who has had a number of acai bowels from different places, this one was by far the best I have ever had. I felt like I needed to run a mile or two or three by the time I was done eating it because it gave me so much energy. I was refreshed and energized like never before! I had the chance to walk around while everything was being made and they have a large selection of nutritional items and I must admit the prices were very affordable. I went to Nutrition King in search of green juice. It's a health food store off South Cobb Drive with a crisp, clean interior. They have a variety of Now and New Chapter products and they sell everything from hemp oil to amino acids, vitamins and weight loss products. They even have Sun Warrior protein powder. They also sell organic produce which they grow themselves. The Zen garden is pretty neat. But I went for the juice. I had the 'All Green' which has kale, spinach, celery, parsley, lemon and ginger. I added apple for some extra sweetness (for no extra charge). It was delicious! They are fairly priced considering all their produce is organic. $8 for 16 ounces and $12 for a 24 ounce. However, I do think they need to invest in a more quality juicer so they can get more juice and less froth at the top. I brought it to the sweet clerk's attention and she added a little more juice to my cup which I appreciated. They also have smoothies which range from $6 for a 16 ounce to $8 for a 32 ounce. The store is open from 10-7 Monday through Friday and 10-5 on Saturday. Sundays they are closed. The prices are fair and the quality is excellent, I'll definitely return! read more

This place was full of everything I normally have to order from Amazon. Wild elderberry, vitamins, probiotics, essential oils, proteins, a Zen & massage room, and so much more. Then there is the juice and smoothie menu!!! Amazing selections, that offer protein and detox options. I got the green detox that included my favorite ingredients: kale, cucumber, apple, and lemon. Plus they offer large sizes in detox juices up to a gallon size. I got a 32oz and it was needed, because I was having a reaction to gluten from a biscuit I had no business eating earlier. No one there. Someone else pulled up beside me. She sat there for 5 minutes and pulled off. Someone else pulled up, realized they weren't open as well and left too. I finally left at 10:15. I've driven past this place a few times and had been curious. Finally took the time to stop because of a traffic jam on the street in front of the shop. I think I appreciate traffic a little bit more because of the decision. I didn't really have a preference on what I wanted, just knew I was hungry and also wanted something fruity and sweet to drink. The tender gave his preference, but said he had a blend for me that would fulfill all of what I was looking for. BOY was he right. They have a great assortment of smoothie options and now serve Boar's Head sandwiches.
