A new favorite of mine!…read more I was in the neighborhood running an errand and needed a pick-me-up to start my day. I contemplated grabbing an energy drink or coffee, but when I realized that I was just steps away from Kwench. Figuring that a fresh juice or smoothie would be a much better, (and healthier!) choice. Kwench is located in a small plaza that also includes a Goodwill, Kroger and a few other shops. The parking lot isn't huge, but there's always a free spot to grab. Kwench stands out with their green interior walls and colorful signs adorned with pictures of fresh fruits, it's difficult to walk past. When I walked in, the store was empty besides a guy behind the counter that I believe to be the owner. There were a number of tables and chairs, signs that explain the healthy elements to the produce available for guest orders and healthy videos playing on the mounted tv. Very chill, very colorful! The gentleman behind the counter was kind and attentive, and in such a great mood, it lifted my own spirits! The menu is filled with raw smoothie, juices and even acai bowls. I opted for the 'old fashioned' smoothie and, WHEW. It was soooo good, so refreshing! My smoothie was prepared right in front of me and ready in minutes, it was such a delicious, healthy start to my day. I can't wait to go back!

A little bit of spice and sweetness. Do yourself a favor and get it on sourdough. The pimento cheese can make it a little messy but I love that. It was so good I came back a few days later and brought the husband for a second try... he confirmed that it was, indeed, delicious. Our hibiscus tea and cold brew didn't wow us but it certainly did the job. The interior is eclectic, clean and organized. There is a water station that comes in handy. You're encouraged to bus your own table but staff will come around if needed. Staff interactions were very pleasant. The Daily sets a nice standard for coffee/brunch spots.

The Midtown Atlanta is perhaps not a good place for people who are serious about breakfast, but…read moreluckily there is this restaurant not too far away from it. The Daily has three branches in Atlanta, one near West Midtown, about 15min walk from Atlantic station, one in Inman Park, and the third in Buckhead. Their menu features a wide variety of food: toasts, breakfast bowls, yogurt bowls, wraps, pitas, tea and smoothie, etc. I have tried the Loaded Avocado Bowl, the Breakfast Burrito, Soft Scrambled Toast, as well as different kinds of teas and juice. One thing I like it very much is that the foods are generally very lightly seasoned. For example, I was told that the eggs in burrito "did not have salt" -- it did not taste bland though, because the tortilla and cheese are both salty. I also enjoy their sourdough very very much. Chewy, moist, slightly sour -- so good that I always ask for some extra. Besides food, the dining area was colorful and bright and spacious, with both small tables and communal tables for working/eating. What disappointed me a bit was my third visit. My soft scrambled egg was overcooked and I got my side of sourdough toasted with butter the first time. Despite this, I would love to come back and try more dishes!

I love the combo of tuna and salmon, and I tend to go with their pre-selected options because the variety of toppings here is staggering, and a bit overwhelming! They genuinely have something for everyone - my mom went with a cooked teriyaki chicken bowl, and my dad got one with chicken and shrimp. So even if your family doesn't want raw fish, they'll be happy. The folks making the bowls are kind and helpful and polite, and it's basically similar to a Chipotle, where they build the bowl in front of you. You can see all the toppings and choose what you want, or go with a pre-selected bowl. There is some parking in front of the restaurant, or you can park in the nearby garage for free for the retails space. Nobody was eating inside, but you certainly could if you wanted! Definitely a fast casual vibe in here.

I was torn between ordering my usual Pokè Bowl and trying something new. The guy assisting me mentioned that the Galbi Bowl has been a crowd favorite, so I decided to go with his suggestion. The Galbi Bowl comes with a choice of rice or all greens, along with corn, kale, edamame, red onions, and carrots. They prepare the Galbi fresh, so it's a short wait. Once it was ready, I was given shoyu and yum yum sauce to accompany it. When I finally had the chance to eat my bowl, I was extremely satisfied. The flavors were bold and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh. It was so good that I told my husband about it, and he grabbed one for dinner. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and look forward to trying it again. I hope you all do not change anything because it is perfectly made.
