The mushrooms that you will get are cleaned and no need to wash or wipe with paper towel. I've got to know this place through a friend who lives in Leduc. She brought my bf and me to see this place where you can buy fresh mushrooms and skin cares that are created from mushrooms. Rachel who is one of the co-owners is very knowledgeable and passion for what she is doing. From time to time through their Instagram or Facebook account, they will announce a mycology class where you will have a better knowledge about mushrooms. Pink oyster mushroom is the most unique one I found. It tastes so meaty esp after you roast it. Similar flavour to bacon. I also made a mushroom soup of pink oyster mushroom and it was amazed me that I felt really full just by eating the mushroom soup without anything. I even didn't touch the bread that I prepared to have with the soup. My another favourite is king oyster mushroom which I recreated for a rendang (Indonesian caramelized curry). There wasn't much product left, as they had made deliveries to local restaurants. We were educated for about half an hour. It was very enjoyable experience! We bought some blue oyster & king oyster mushrooms. We will definitely buy their products again.
