I find this place to have a pretty good variety of vitamins, but they don't always have the stock. However, if you ask, the staff will order in anything you need, even if it's something they don't normally carry. I think the prices are a little expensive, but they often have sales. I like that they have little signs underneath all their sales items, because most health food stores only put orange sale stickers on the actual items, which is annoying, because then you have to check each product individually to see what's on sale. The Vitamin Farm does have a fairly good selection of natural beauty product. They sell lots of shampoos, moisturizers, and anti-aging product. I often pick up Amaze Gel that is very expensive, but it is an all-natural exfoliator that does wonders for my skin.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and know their products very well. I use several items and the results are amazing. Now like I said, people need to stock up on vitamins and other health essentials ( I am not the most healthiest person ) but it is important to take them. There is also a tea section where there is a good assortment of different teas. I highly suggest you go here for the vitamins.. it's a bit more expensive but they work a lot better than what you get anywhere else. I know a lot of people can not really go out but if you do go.. here's where you go for your vitamins !

I started going to their Oliver Square location first, which is at 11646 104 Ave. It's smaller and I like the staff. They're very knowledgeable and don't try to push anything on you. They also offer a loyalty card so you can discount after 10 purchases. I've come back again and again, because I know they'll help me to make an informed decision and not gloss over information or health benefits. I later discovered this south side location and was amazed at the size. it has a cafe and day spa as well. The smaller location is more convenient for me, but the larger one has a great vibe, especially with lots of like-minded souls sipping their Rooibus in the cafe.

When people think supplements they think bodybuilding type stuff but in that sense Vitality has a very small selection. You are better going to places like popeyes when looking for those types of supplements. The store is pretty expensive but they do have a lot of sales most of the time. Personally I don't shop here and find that Shoppers is a better choice but when Shoppers doesn't have what you're looking for Vitality is a good bet.

I felt like I was suspiciously being watched and harassed. Sometimes a customer just wants to browse a new store. I'm an adult in my 40s if I need help I'll ask!! The girl was very friendly and recommended some great things. The cereal milk protein powder is a hard to find one and gets sold out quickly. She also let me know that they have ready to drink protein shakes if you're ever in a bind and need something to eat / drink that stays within your plan. She also let me know about some cool ready to drink protein juices with 40g of protein! She said people use those to make popsicles in the summer and what a neat idea! I will definitely be trying that. They didn't have all the products I came in looking for but the ones they didn't have she did offer to order them for me. I would pay now and pick up later. I opted to just wait and come back another time but that is a great option. They also have online ordering and free in store pick up so you don't have to walk around or wait for your order you can do it that way. Overall I would recommend a trip to this store.
