Talking back is more important to them than resolving problems. I took a bag of grapes to the auto-teller and it is supposed to be inputted by weight and code, but a bar code exists on the bottom of the bags that trips the assistance call. I mentioned this and was told "There's no point in complaining, there's nothing I can do about it.". I didn't complain, I stated a fact, a fact that can lead to a resolution like blacking out the bar codes on the bags so every single customer doesn't have to go through this. I let many of these sort of insults slide, but no more. No customer providing simple information should be dismissed so easily and especially insulted for providing it.

From a grocery store you generally expect good quality of fresh food as well as a large selection of non-fresh food. The produce I have bought from this location has been quite fresh and definitely of the standard I expect. Their meat is also quite good, but again nothing to extraordinary to speak to. I haven't really purchased anything from their deli or bakery so I cannot speak to that. The store itself has really long aisles (which can be inconvenient but I think it helps with traffic). Generally the store isn't very busy when I am there and am able to get through the till quite quickly. I feel this location has a smaller gluten free section than I am used to from Save On, so I'm disappointed with that aspect. Also I'm not keen on the whole order of this store as it doesn't feel very natural or like it flows well. I still shop here quite often as it as what you expect from a grocery store.
