From a grocery store you generally expect good quality of fresh food as well as a large selection of non-fresh food. The produce I have bought from this location has been quite fresh and definitely of the standard I expect. Their meat is also quite good, but again nothing to extraordinary to speak to. I haven't really purchased anything from their deli or bakery so I cannot speak to that. The store itself has really long aisles (which can be inconvenient but I think it helps with traffic). Generally the store isn't very busy when I am there and am able to get through the till quite quickly. I feel this location has a smaller gluten free section than I am used to from Save On, so I'm disappointed with that aspect. Also I'm not keen on the whole order of this store as it doesn't feel very natural or like it flows well. I still shop here quite often as it as what you expect from a grocery store.

Overall just average but it's not like your heading out on the town. Bakery is my biggest reason I don't head back much any longer.

Today my husband was shopping and went threw a check out that had a lady that was about 35 years old and just nasty. The name on the bill said Pamela 205 so I guess that is the witch. When the new flyer comes out you have to get there within the first two days as there is no sale items left as the owner don't get enough stock in or just don't put it out. A few months ago boxes of the 100 tiny bars were on sale and on the second day I couldn't find them so asked a man working there and he went to the back and got me a box. He said I don't know why they are not out. I checked twice the same week and they were still not out any where in the store. If you want to shop at a No Frills store go to Lacombe where the staff is really friendly and the store is clean, plus even on the last day of the sale they still have the sale items. There is other grocery stores in Sylvan so people don't have to put up with their crap.

I have sent several messages to them but all I have received back are some worthless automatic form emails which have done nothing to help me. I sent a reply to one email, and now I have received another email saying that since I have not replied to their email they have decided my case is resolved and they have closed my case. This people are THIEVES and LIARS and I still don't have anything - no groceries, no money. I have sent a message to them that I am going to file a criminal complaint against them for theft, but since they don't reply to my messages who knows if I am just wasting my time. My advice: go to a different store for delivery service. I have opened an account with Walmart now, and my first order on Sunday 16 arrived perfectly. Totally different from the PC Express theft.

Great variety of produce that's usually fresh. Meat department always has some good fresh cuts for that quick inspiration meal along with a good selection of the frozen stuff. Most of the cashiers are quick and friendly. Starbucks on site, not always friendly but still usually make a great drink. Gas bar is convenient. I always pay at the pump so I'm not sure if they are friendly. but usually have everything you need to check oil, get air and wash windows. It would be nice if they had the pump handles that lock into place but very few stations seem to have those anymore. all in all a great store. Now if they could just make an iphone app to help with the shopping it could be perfect!

This happened to me yesterday and since then others have come forward with a similar story. No ownership of this event was taken by the store and no support given other than deal with your bank. Please post if this has happened to you as well. Not complaining since it was only under $200.00 and my bank will credit me back but it could have been worse.

This lovely young lady who was my cashier inside walked by me some time later. We exchanged greetings. And then, she drove up to me and offered me a ride. My cab was just pulling up to get me. Save-On-Foods is deceiving buyers into thinking their muffins haven't increased in price by now…read morepacking them in containers of 4 instead of 6. By doing so the new packages are now charged GST, so the price has actually increased by a further 5%. Good for Save-On-Foods profits, bad for the consumer.
