Once the framing was complete, Mike came out to the house before the quote to measure everything and make sure the 2 dozen doors had the correct opening orientation and size. We went over many molding profiles and door styles. The price was very competitive and it was an easy decision. When they came to install it, they alerted me the hinges were not standard on my closeout China Steam Shower. They advised we get a new door to ensure everything was perfect. I had to wait another two weeks but didn't pay a dime toward another door. Not only that, they upgraded the silicone channel edging that keeps the steam inside. When everything goes right it is great but it might mean you just got lucky. When a contractor gives you an ideal outcome even when they ended up buying a second new tempered glass door, you know you selected the right people.

We needed emergency repair, so we called Meta doors. They came, greased the gate, and worked on the motor. The gate is working again. Good service, but they only agreed to 14 days warranty, since the day the motor is very old. I appreciate the emergency service, and I think they did a good repair.
