After speaking to several people, the manager argued with me when I insisted they clean up the debris, stating they don't do landscaping. I was asking them to clean up the mess that they had made. My yard had been clean beforehand. After many calls, they came and cleaned it up. The fellow in charge of the crew was very nice, unlike the office staff. They do send a text to say they are coming -- "in a few minutes or an hour," very specific. After 2.25 hours of waiting for the third visit, I called and got the typical "some jobs take longer," and that I didn't need to be there. No? And responsible companies call if they are running late, but I was told that the crew has no way of contacting the client. Obviously, they should change the text to "we will be there sometime today." We are out $4000+ The owner of the company is Arbor Domi and his name was never mentioned, but I found him through the state of New Jersey the office of consumer affairs.
