I was a patient of Dr. Ana's for about 6 months. I had a very hard time getting reliable information from the office staff about how much available money was left on my insurance, and how much of that each appointment was using. I also was communicative about my financial situation, and it's precariousness. After I stopped visiting Dr. Ana, due to a lack of effectiveness (or even diagnosis) from her, I called her to get some lab work from her that I needed for my new Dr. Her office admin Erica told me that they had been trying to get in touch with me for about a month. Even though I never received a voicemail or anything, and she double checked my contact info and everything, she told me that I had a balance of $230 with them. I asked what for and she said for my husband's insurance deductible. They didn't know about it at the time of his appointment. Totally unaware. I was in financial hardship before I even started seeing Dr. Ana... I said to them, this is a perfect example of why I needed to know about insurance costs and things BEFORE my appointments because I have $0... My family of 4 lives on $19k a year. If I had been told before my appointment that this would be the cost, I could have avoided the cost. It is not my responsibility since I didn't have the ability to avoid it... your responsibility not mine. You have codes for stuff, you have an office staff, you have prices for things, and you don't have two toddlers at home who need stuff while you're on the phone. Do your job. I said all of this in a much nicer way to Erica... Who said she would speak with Dr. Ana and get back to me. I haven't heard back yet. Other things have also been a problem... I told her that my disability application was in process, and that they may be contacting her, and that I needed a diagnosis. I never heard her once try to tell me what she thought was wrong with me. She's perfectly happy to do a massage, but she told me she'd think about everything we'd talked about, and then nothing. No dietary changes, no supplementation, nothing! The massage helped my body pain... sucked when all that had to come back. Then. I received a letter from Dr. Ana's office today saying that my balance owed would accrue 15% MONTHLY from the time I owed it originally back in March... so now I owe more than $530... for NO reason.... AND that a six month payment plan was offered but was declined per patient.... I was never offered a 6 month plan, and if I had been, I would have communicated that there's no way for me to make a $10 payment at this time... I can see what I can do once my student financial aid comes in or something... (I had told Erica at the time I spoke with her, previously discussed, that my husband lost his job in July) We have $0 income. And I'm still sick. So Dr. Ana's priorities and lack of skill are very obvious. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Ana for years now and have always been appreciative of how much she, and the whole staff cares about my well-being. The care I have received ranges from deep tissue massage, to bio-identical hormone therapy, to whole health well-being. During my therapy, it was recommended to me that I might benefit from chiropractic work and/or acupuncture. The chiropractor didn't currently accept my insurance, but they quickly submitted the paperwork so I could see the onsite chiropractor (talk about convenience!), and worked with me until the paperwork went through. Through all of the practitioners I have seen at the center, the staff kept a close eye on how many specialty sessions I had left on my insurance, so as not to incur uncovered charges. They have always helped me with my insurance company, contacting them with questions about what is covered and by what percentage so I know what each visit will cost me out of pocket. The atmosphere there is warm and very friendly. Everyone can't always be in a good mood, but they always seem to be. The rooms are relaxing, with soft music playing, and the sounds of trickling waters. I am not a big fan of heat, and when I am coming, the staff always remembers to ensure the room I will be seen in is cooled down if a previous visitor has wanted it warm. What more can I say about how much I have enjoyed my experiences over the years. I could not have dreamed of a nicer group of people. I am not sure who Lauren W is and I saw the one star review she gave Dr. Ana. Shame on you!! Anyone that has gone to Dr. Squellati will know that she is a kind hearted, compassionate, and a very sweet person. I had been going to her for over a year for nerve damage in my wrist from 3 surgeries and one surgery in my elbow. Ana has done frequency specific micro current and cold laser on my wrist. This did bring my pain level down from a 7 to a 2 when I was seeing her. She also went out of her way to write up some great stretches for my wrist. There had been time when I came to her crying in pain and she spent time talking to me so I can cope with life. She also went out of her way to do some massage therapy in my neck and back to help me out with the pain and tension. Anyone who goes to And will know how wonderful this doctor is. If it wasn't for her I don't know where I would be as of today. Thank you so much Dr. Squellati. I really appreciate what you have done for me. Since I have stopped going to her my pain level has increased. I will plan on going back to her in the future and I would recommend her to family and friends. read more

I attempted to get a monthly statement copy to resolve my balance with Dr ana. She was verbally abusive and furious on the phone with me. I am a domestic violence victim. While in her care (2013) my ex husband (USMC scout sniper) went off the deep end and left the state. My two infants and I were left with no income, and me in and out of the hospital. I was unable to continue seeing Dr ana due to her refusal to see me with an accrued balance of a couple hundred dollars. As of now, this balance is over $17,000.00. This is a warning to future prospective clients. Ask her about this, see what her reaction is. My guess is that she will trigger and become verbally irate. I called to get a balance statement, to forward to my divorce attorney. I was completely open with Dr ana about this. My attorney can include the balance in my divorce, I can pay the bill (!!!!) and I can get the responsible party (my exhusband) followed up with on it. But she chose to be extreme... I can't believe what happened here. read more

I have had both the acupuncture and the massage therapy sessions. First...thank goodness my insurance covered these services. I wouldn't have guessed it, and was very surprised when my doctor suggested them. Dr. Ana has done the massage therapy to work out 25+ years of bumpy painful compacted "adhesions" in my back. And I've had a few acupuncture sessions with Kaitlyn that have helped with another level of mobility for me. I've gone from not being able to tolerate the slightest pressure, to an actual intensive therapy and things are going so well. I'm excited that I'm able to bend over more, and I don't jump out of my skin if someone bumps my lower back. As a master gardener, I've been missing growing fresh veggies because of the pain if prepping the soil and bending to tend the space during the season. But I believe this year, I will finally be able to get back into it. read more

Amazing Staff of wonderfully proffessional, knowledgable and caring people!...Quiet peaceful spa setting. I recieved impeccable care while recovering from an automobile accident. I couldn't of asked for better care! Very grateful for the quick response my body had to all of the treatments, Massage, Accupuncture and Chiropratic. I have been diagnosed with severe arthritis in both knees for several years and have been receiving quarterly injections that were not affective. I have been to a few acupuncturists and massage therapists but this is the best place I've found and I am excited. Dr. Ann and Kaitlyn were amazing I really was impressed. Dr. Ann is a massage therapist and naturopathic doctor that really knew her stuff. Dr. Ana is incredible! She has helped me in many ways from talking things out to supplements for GI issues. I'm so lucky to have stumbled upon her. Katelyn is amazing. Dr. Ana has been the only person who has been able to help with chronic fatigue due to heath issues. The vitamin therapy I'm receiving is finally giving me a boost of energy with out the side effects of prescription drugs. The staff is very personable and professional.
