would not go back.. I went in wanting something particular I had a picture to show they say they couldn't do that before I went in I made an appointment and let them know what I was coming in for, once I got there it's like they didn't know what I was there for. I felt rushed picking colors because they had another customer in for an appointment barely 15 minutes after she started on my set. I really enjoyed the lady that did my pedicure but she also cut my toenails down before asking... overall very pricey for nothing special. Honestly cried over my toenails, maybe if you just want simple polish it's your place! not happy ): very disappointed.

My friend and I made the last minute decision to have manicures and pedicures while vacationing in Downtown Branson. We were able to book appointments within 90 minutes of calling. The salon is very clean and the staff are friendly. They have a huge selection of nail polish colors. Our nail techs were both very friendly and fun to chat with. The massage pedicure chairs were very relaxing. I chose gel on my finger and toenails both look great. The price was reasonable and we are planning to return on our next visit.

I have been a customer for several years and must say the new owner Karen is hands on and wants every client to have a wonderful experience at NV Nails Branson Missouri. Rene is an incredible nail tech and her art is over-the-top incredible! Lily's specialty is massage and pedicures! I always leave feeling refreshed and happy.

This is the first time I've gone to a nail salon in 2 years and most likely my last ever again. I wanted to get my nails done for vacation and just had the worst experience. The tech was nice for the most part but halfway through I noticed streaks, uneven lines, lumps, and worst of all black hairs all throughout the polish. I had to point out the black hairs and she mentioned me washing my hands, which I already did after filing? It's almost like she was ignoring the fact they were there. She then proceeded to just file down the spots on the white (thumb and ring finger) with the black hairs and paint over them in lumps, but there was still hairs under the clear on my left hand. This was 30 or 40 minutes into her starting, and she starts to grind the polish off my left hand after I told her for a third time there's hairs in my polish (noticeable BLACK hairs). She only ground off 3/4ths of it and was about to start painting them again!! I just let her know I was just going to go and asked if I needed to pay anything. She said no, but I still feel the need to share these pictures so others don't have to go through the same experience. She cut my finger too which I get happens but never said anything about it or tried to get it to stop bleeding. Just overall bad.

Love coming to get a pedicure from Lily, I drive all the way from Harrison just to have her give me the best pedi! The new owner is so sweet and kind and always eager to help and carry a conversation!

Worst place I have ever been!! Omg the drama in there! Two employees actually got in a huge yelling and the male employee actually was cussing out the older lady. So much disrespect from him! The man wouldn't stop it went on for like 10 minutes! Definitely the most uncomfortable situation I've ever been in! So much for pampering and relaxing! Holly hell HORRIBLE!

I read the reviews and despite the negative reviews we went there anyway. We felt we overpaid for the spa pedicure. Used one hot towel for both legs. The older gentleman that did mine was awful. One of the most painful pedicure experiences I've ever had. Cut the cuticles too close and one of them bled. We will never go back. read more

I was in Branson for vacation, but didn't have time to get my nails done in my hometown. I am a license nail tech, so there are things I look for when going into a nail salon..and the biggest is sanitation. The salon would of gotten 5 stars if the implements had been sanitized. One person commented that they use Dremel tools, like that was a bad thing..but honestly, if you have gel or dip on your nails, I'd much rather have my nails wrapped in acetone and foil and then Dremeled off, than have my nails sitting in acetone for an hour to get the gel off.. that in my opinion is a lot worse for your nails than a drill bit on the nail bed. One thing I've never seen in 15 years is a liner for the pedicure chairs, that assures you that the bowl is totally clean for YOUR feet. I also have a foot disorder that is really painful..especially if grabbed. So my praises go out to Le Le who did my pedicure. She totally understood my problem and with every thing like buffing my feet, she was gentle and asked! A great pedicure for sure. Then I had a dip manicure done by Melissa. Without a doubt..this lady was so thorough with making sure this mani was perfect. She was the BEST nail tech I've been to since I worked at at a Day Spa in St Louis 15 years ago..(Yes, I still carry my license, just don't work in a salon). Another plus...The people in the salon speak very good English.. These 2 ladies are seasoned nail techs and I don't know about any one else there. If I was going to say anything on the negative side, the dip colors are no where as extensive as where I go back home, but they have a large selection. My advise.. make an appt if you can. read more

Nice people, but my nails are torn up (they peeled layers off of my actual nails when impatiently removing gel) and the new paint is chipping after only 2 days. The regulars seemed to be treated better than tourists. I hate leaving less than glowing reviews, but I would never go back. read more

STAY AWAY!! DIRTY PLACE!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! The first time I went, it was fine. The second time, I had a pedicure and nail set put on. I got an infection in my toe from what I thought were clean tools. They were not! I also got a fungal infection on my hands and arms from the man putting my set on!! Both of these were confirmed by my doctor!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! I plan on reporting this to the state board next. read more

0/10 horrible the man that did my nails cut my finger and then set a timer for when my nails were supposed to be dry and it went off so i started to get up and he told me to stay and i say there for 30 minutes and no one told me what to do. read more

I paid $50 (plus a $5 tip) to get ombre dipped nails with tips. They did an AWFUL job! My nails are bumpy, uneven, and poorly shaped. I am going back today to see if they will fix them. I got them done two days ago. I will update this review when I inquire about the crappy job. read more

Absolute worse pedicure I have ever had! This lady and I set down at the same time and ordered the same service and let's just say she got a lot more to her pedi and it lasted 20 min longer! He was to busy trying to move on to the next customer! I paid 40 for 20 min of service! read more

4 days after I had acrylics put on, my thumb nail fell off and I called, spoke to 2 employees and we all agreed I would have a new nail put on for free. They put the nail back on and I said I would pay to have my nails repainted. When I got the bill, they charged me for putting on the new nail even though they said it would be free. I argued with them and 3 employees started yelling at me until I paid. Never going back again. read more

I am practically BEGGING you... PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have gone here 3 separate times and have gotten more disappointed with them after every visit. The last set of nails I got from them were the absolute worst. All my nails were wavy from inconsistent filing of the tops of my nails! That is not a cute look at all! My cuticles were bleeding because the lady I had wasn't paying attention, she did apologize for all those times however. On top of that tho, the acrylic was on top of half my cuticles! Due to that, when they grew out my nails looked even worse. It literally looked like I had done them myself. I've had very similar experiences the other times I've gone in there as well. BTW!!!! They talk so much trash on each other and their customers when they leave, the whole atmosphere the place has is just very tense and not at all relaxing. If all of this wasn't enough to make you not go here... they don't clean their supplies. After they filed my nails, they put it back in a box of filers to use on someone else. I know this is true because when someone had come in after me, the nail lady next to me, reached in that same box and used the nail filer my nail lady had used on me!! I can't even begin to think about sanitation in the pedicure part of the salon read more

Do not waste your time and money at this nail salon. I asked for a mani-pedi and it was the worst experience I've ever had. They kept smudging my polish and when I asked to get my nails filed shorter they were annoyed. I will never be back! read more

I was being treated Rudely .,Then on September 13 .I came in for a fill and was told that I needed another full set, because I didn't do it the last time . I felt like I needed to justify and explain by receipt that I had gotten a full set last time by Ryan .I was treated roughly by Tony, who did my fill and within days one of my nails was chipping after getting gel treatment. I live 25 minutes away they told me to come back in and they would fix it so I did and within a few days after that, the nail started chipping again, and other nails were lifting and cracking they told me to come back again and they would fix . After I arrived I pointed out half my nails for lifting and chipping and dull looking . They said what do you want? I said I want it fixed so they put a new set on and cut my nails down which should've been done the first time I received the new set in August. I was charged for that repair so within September 13 and September 23 I gave them $110.00 which included Steve's cash tip . I do not recommend going there I certainly won't anymore.

I left a review a couple days ago when I wasn't happy with my service, so today I'm going to leave a different review. The owner called me immediately after I left my negative review Tuesday. She was so kind, wanted to hear about my experience, and why I was not pleased with my nails. She made no excuses, just wanted her customers to be happy. She offered, if I was willing to come back, to totally redo my nails. She was also willing to do it when it was convenient for me. I went today and I'm extremely pleased with the kindness and service. While I was there the owner called in to make sure things were going well. Wow! What a personal touch. My nails look great! Rene did my nails and she did amazing!!! She was so kind and talked with the whole time. The whole staff including the lady working at the front desk Jasmine were very helpful and kind as well. I really liked how gentle she was with my nails and also gave me some ideas for my current nail set. Unfortunately she had a headache but she pushed through and kept doing my nails. I hope she's feels better and I really appreciate her for pushing through her headache and continuing to do my nails. I am completly shocked in the negative reviews on NV Nails & Spa. I am from Iowa and was in Branson for a week. This was slow time for Branson so I was looking for something to do. I found NV Nail online and made am appointment. I am happy I did. I have been getting my nails done on a routine for several years. Several places from Maine to Arizona. I know I easily spend $2500 a year on my Mani and Pedi every 2-3 weeks. NV Nails and Spa easily took one of top spots. Extremely friendly and welcoming service. My husband even stopped in and they were kind towards him. I highly recommend, I know I will go back next time I am in town. read more

I stopped coming to NV Nails to get my nails, until I heard recently that they are under new management/owner sure enough you can feel and see the change better quality of nails,better service and cleaner salon. Rene has been doing my nails for months now, she is amazing her attention to details. The new management is very hands own making sure every customer has a wonderful time with the salon. She is very honest and personable. I can not recommend NV Nails enough. If you had bad experience with NV Nails before I would suggest to try them again to see and know the difference. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. I have gone here multiple times and have never been happy after I left. Same goes for multiple family members and friends. The woman who greeted us at the door was very rude and was audibly saying how she didn't want to be there. The pedicure was fine but EXTREMELY over priced for how short it was. I never want to back. If you're from the area, I strongly recommend Crystal Nails in Ozark. Much cheaper, and better customer service. read more

Very good service for a classic Mani/pedi. My wife even got American Flags painted on her toes to honor the 4th of July. Very relaxing massage while you feet are soaking too. read more
