Emily handled my concerns with professionalism, fairness, and real diligence. She could not have been nicer. She listened, took the issues seriously, and worked through them in a way that felt fair and respectful. My original concerns about the move itself remain what they were. But I also recognize that any business of this size can occasionally have a bad crew or a bad experience in the field. What matters is how the company responds when that happens. I was leaving a large multi level condo in DC, and taking (most of) that furniture to New York. As the day began, I thought - there is no way it's all going to happen today. Even my closets alone would surely take a day. but again - I was wrong. It was a seamless move - worth every penny - in the past I've felt incredible stress on these days, but today I felt more like the wrench in the well oiled machine. In addition I booked the job a week out and they had no problem scheduling and checked in throughout the week to confirm date and expected timing.
