NW Earthworks came out and removed 2 HUGE fir trees from our backyard over a 2-day period. Having these trees out was on our to-do list for several years as they both were within 10 feet of the house but hadn't caused any issues until this winter when the wind and ice storms came through. Numerous branches came crashing down during those storms and took out a fence as well as a neighbors shed. We decided that this year was the year they were coming out. We had actually hired a different company to do the work but due to all the storm damage around the metro area our original company was swamped and he asked NW Earthworks to complete the job, and he assured us that they do fantastic work. We trusted the owner of the other company's judgement and Brandon and his three guys went to work on our trees. They were professional throughout the entire process and made sure to clean up after themselves as they worked. They did an amazing job and if we ever need to have any of our other 3 trees (that are not gargantuan fir trees) pruned I would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you so much! read more

I hired Brandon and his team of guys to cut down 15 of the 100ft. douglas firs around my home, most of which are located within 30 feet of it. Needless to say, I was worried about the possibility of my home being crushed, but while watching them cut the first few down, I realized I had nothing to be concerned about. From their extensive helpful knowledge about the logging process (permits, replanting, and even coordinating with a mill to sell my lumber due to the large amount being cut down), to the unforeseeable amount of clean-up they completed on the job, I was very impressed. They even quoted me a better price for the whole job than the guys who bid on it. Brandon and his 3 guys came out to my house this morning and removed about a 40 ft ponderosa pine in no time. Real friendly guys and were very organized. Had about 3 bids on my work and they were the fairest price. They also trimmed all my neighbors large fir trees hanging over my fence up to about 20 ft. I couldn't believe how fast they were. Cut down the 40 ft. Pine trimmed all trees on property line and also ground up the stumps I asked for in about 41/2 hours. I will also have them out next to do our large property in west Linn.
