We had Aspen Creek design and install a specialized equestrian irrigation system. The system was…read moresupposed to be protected from freezing but the lines were not pitched properly so several lines did not drain back out as designed. Obviously the water froze and broke several lines. After several phone calls and promises to come out with an irrigation service person, no one ever showed up or called back. Since there was no stated "warranty" on the work, I have no recourse but to hire someone else to fix this. As I've unfortunately read too late in many of these other reviews, this seems to be common.

We hired Aspen Creek for a full landscaping revision. While some aspects were positive - the yard…read moredesign is improved and the installation crew was hard-working - there were many frustrations, primarily with poor communication and follow through. We asked for hardscaping ideas and they had nothing to offer. Our Rainbird irrigation system leaves bone dry patches and flooded areas so plants die. Aspen Creek replanted the same plants only to die again. We have waited a year for the final design plan and plant list that has never come despite continued promises. Our sod is dying because the soil grade isn't correct. If you want good customer service, timely follow and clear communication, consider other landscaping companies. For what we paid, I would expect far better treatment. We have reached out many, many times, even trying to reach this business owner.

I called a few places and most of the companies I called were unable to help us in a timely manner. Jeremy with the assistance Frank (scheduler) were able to put us on the schedule within the week and his bid was considerably less than the others. The young lady came out and gave me a quote and it was the best quote from three companies. The team came out and started without a problem. The only hiccups was with the equipment. Being a new minority owned company, cash flow was tight and some of the equipment was old and didn't work properly. The small problems didn't bother me at all. At the end of the day, the job was done to completion. Second service...2022 The guys came out and cleaned up two evergreen trees. For them it's light work to climb a tree and trim it. The two years since the first time I used them is night and day. The equipment is working without a problem, the guys are suited up in company furnished safety gear and logoed clothing and trucks. Brad and his team travelled to Ashland and removed over 50 trees from our property. Some of the…read moretrees were 50 to 60 feet high and Beez's did a remarkable job in falling the trees and chipping and stump grinding and in removing all the debri. Brad was able to do the work with his Team of 8 guys in 2 days. The local tree service companies had me on the schedule and the earliest they could do the removals was 60 days from the time if their quote. My wife and I are extremely pleased in the work performed by Beez Tree Service and with Brad and his team. Brad was very competitive in his pricing and completed the job in 2 days compared to the local tree service company saying it would take 3 days and there quote was higher.
