About a month later, they accidentally emailed a follow up for a previous inspection they did for another person asking if I'd like to proceed. After they investigate a little more, they realized that my email got bounced back simultaneously informing me they cannot do anything about my dripping noise issue. :/ They were polite in response but definitely felt like this was poor communication and a missed opportunity on their behalf.
