Found this company thanks to Yelp and decided to go with them as they were one of the few that showed up to give an estimate. The initial estimate was able to be quoted same-day for a reasonable price and the appointment booked for the following week. After the initial estimate, there wasn't very much communication until I had to ask how I would pay the deposit, and radio silence again until the day of the cleaning when the office called saying that the crew had arrived. My roof was pretty terrible so it took about a day and a half to complete the moss removal and treatment. The final cleanup was done pretty well with patio, walkways, and walls sprayed down, but there were some missed spots of debris on random fixtures. Overall, they did an excellent roof cleaning and I hope I won't have to utilize their warranty if moss returns. read more

I previously hired Experienced Roof and Gutter Cleaning OneStop Hone Services to clean my roof and gutters. Things went ok but there was still debris that was visible in the front of my roof from the street it is visible. They had me sign off on the work but it was dark and I couldn't see anything. Then I contacted them to give me an estimate for power washing my driveway, walkways, front and back porches. I wanted the work done in April they wanted to rush and do the job the next day for $50 off. I agreed. It was told to me when I asked about items being moved out of the way that they would move items no problem. They also told me they would come to my house before I got home to start work outside then once I got home would then do interior windows. Well I had called and or texted the company to find out why no one was there at my house doing any work? Whomever was on the phone said they would have to get back to me. Then someone just showed up late. I saw the technician working in my front yard etc. I kinda checked periodically the progress through the window. When he got to the front porch he only moved a couple of things. It is like an outdoor area rug. It is now ripped. He blasted everything throwing dirt and debris everywhere. My front door mat soaked. Then I called the company and was concerned and wondering also about the time this was going to take. It would get dark again and I would not be able to see anything. So they instructed me to go inspect the front while he moves to do work in the back. I did and saw the mess that proved he did not move things properly. Soaking wet n dirty door mat. By the time I got to the back I saw him power washing and getting my stuff all wet. Like he was going to wash around my patio furniture. I opened the door and said the items were to be moved out of the way. He hastily moved my things. My furniture was now on side of deck and he started to power wash and blow debris all over my outdoor coach. I said no I was on the phone with the company and unable to get a video of it. Then obviously the company called him. The owner said he was coming to my house. But he said I must of misunderstood the technician about my items being moved. No I didn't misunderstand him. He misunderstood me! Next day I went out to inspect found everything dirty from the debris. Front porch had been touched up but my garden flag which is brand new is covered in dirt as is my doormat. In back my couch was covered in dirt, ripped. Plastic clips which hold sections together. Ripped off and some broken. End result next day the owner cancelled on me doing my windows. Which is fine w me. The guy that did work at my house on outside I never would want inside my house. They said I don't have to pay for power washing but I found some areas still dirty in back. I was shocked they canceled on me but so disappointed at the mess they left. I just don't trust contractors. They should practice ordinary care and they don't! read more

There were a couple of extended services that were offered by the technician on-site: cleaning gutters on my shed and also a sodium hypochlorite treatment of my roof to kill existing moss and prevent future moss buildup. I opted in to the additional services and was pleased with the result. Onsite tech was knowledgeable and suggested some changes to existing gutters to reduce wear on asphalt shingles and improve roof life. Overall --- they delivered everything they promised and more. I got the roof cleaning service from the company in April of this year. Overall job was poorly done and left lots of residue on the roof. When I told them I cannot pay until those residue removed, they even threatened me to take legal action if I did not pay right away. This should not be the way to treat their customer. Eventually, they did little bit of cleaning after convincing with photo proof, but the job was not even complete and unprofessionally done. Wow. After deciding to hire this company I submitted payment of $150.00 as a down payment. The work was not scheduled for more than 3 weeks from the down payment. Once they secured my credit card number, I was sent 2 notices that they now have my credit card in their system for any future purchases that I might make. This was not authorized by me. I had an incredible experience. My 20yr old roof was completely stuffed with moss on every shingle like a Shire house from the Hobbit. The owner came out for two FULL days and now the roof looks completely clean. Almost brand new looking. he tells me it's good for two years, and will need light maintenance to keep the Moss off. As I'm inspecting it right now, I don't see a trace of moss or dirt on the roof. He used a soft wash system that doesn't wash the grains off of the shingles. Treated everything with a solution and a combination of air and water to blast everything off, then pressure washed the house and cleaned out the gutters. I'll need gardeners to clean off the yard but that's cheap. He has a really nice van with state-of-the-art equipment on it. He works really hard and does a thorough job. He is a super nice guy. He was very thorough and cleaned up every speck of crud that blew out of the chock- full gutters on to our deck, driveway and the fascia and siding of our house. It struck me that he took the time he did to clean up our house, as if it was his own. He also took the time to have me come up on the roof to point out a problem he noticed with the flashing around our fireplace even though that isn't something his business fixes and gave me some helpful advice on how to save some money on the job.
