Later, Alex stated he was not actually the owner and had no authority to resolve the matter. Throughout the process, the company was dismissive and unprofessional. They even suggested we were the only customers they "couldn't make happy." However, a simple online search shows multiple unresolved complaints with the BBB. The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a "puppy protector" mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST.
