This year there was an issue with my clean car tax credit due the JH's software. I ended up getting it back directly from Carvana 2 weeks later. Due to this the IRS still hasn't released the remainder of my $7800 return. My coworker went to H&R Block and was able to get her 4k clean car credit filed electronically and get her full return back in less than 10 days. JH said I had to file by snail mail.
