They arrived on time and got right to work. We reviewed what was going to be done and they went at it. Very polite nice guys. The job was pruning a couple of fruit trees, removing a 75-100' fir tree in a garden, and none of the plants around them were damaged. They cleaned up and I hardly could tell they were there. NW Treecare was awesome for us! Despite a VERY busy fall/winter, they were able to fit us in about a month out from when I called. They came at the exact time I'd been given (around 8am/9am) and were wrapped up by 2pm. Very friendly and thorough. The tree was in a bit of a tricky spot but they navigated that very well and did not do any damage to our property or the neighbor's. Pricewise, it's hard for me to say. I made the call during a pretty busy season. I think it came down to about $1,150 to take down our willow tree. With them being licensed, bonded, and insured along with the tricky location of our tree, I thought it was worth it. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a tree taken down. read more

Because of tree damage from storm and "widow makers" in tree, they made a priority and fit us in their schedule instead of 2 months out. I worked for Daryl for one day and even though I received positive feedback from him and a member from the crew I decided I did not want to work for this guy again. After 5 straight hours of doing hard labor I needed a break and when I brought it up to him he told me that break would be the ride home. This was upsetting to me because it showed a complete lack of respect and a disregard for the well being of his workers and their rights. I worked about another hour with no break. On the ride home he told me callously that "he works people to death" .. They wouldn't get my money or time. read more

A little wind blew our old oak right through our tool shed, also resting on the barn roof. It loosened the roots of another tree that also fell. This group was awesome from the first phone call to the last when I paid them. When a wind storm blew through, our large old oak fell right through the door of our tool shed, smashing it to smithereens. LOL Tim was so patient with me on the phone and Jason worked to get his crew out ASAP. Price was reasonable (I got 5 quotes) and work outstanding. So impressed with the clean up of area as another tree had also fallen because of the root system so close to the other one. We had a mess of trees and branches everywhere as they were so large. Hardly even know they were there once they got done. We are elderly and are so grateful to them for their professionalism and how friendly at the same time, it was like someone we knew was taking care of us. read more

I want every one to know the lady who drives the Toyota Prius with Northwest Tree Care on it it's extremely inconsiderate and rude when parking. She parked next to a school bus on the left side blocking traffic at washer School in Lafayette Oregon looked at the van behind her a daycare van with kids inside. Blocked their way out the daycare provider who she blocked in and looked at I watched her look at them knowingly blocking them in in a school zone one way. Look at the van white daycare van and they had to back out of the one-way at a school because of an inconsiderate rude person who was driving that Northwest Tree Care Prius. Thursday May 16th at about 8:25 a.m.. I really couldn't believe she looked at them went back to her car to get something knowingly blocking them in that is a terrible adult and a terrible example 4 her to have that Northwest Tree Care car in that situation. I would never allow my employees to do that if they did I would fire them. 25 feet away in the road there was plenty of parking for one person to get out of a car and walk over to the school and talk to the people in the office the person running the daycare I talked to them they had a van full of kids they had to take care of the person in the car with a Prius the lady had nobody in there but her she didn't care about anybody but herself lazy inconsiderate a terrible person for doing that. If I was the owner of this business I would be extremely embarrassed that somebody did that. read more

The three very large conifers on our lot needed some trimming and TLC...so we called Northwest Tree Service. The tree crew (Daryl and Mike) did a fantastic job trimming our trees! They artfully trimmed the trees taking great care to leave a beautiful tree a beautiful tree and not a stick!! The crew was professional, friendly, and hard-working.
