Traveling through Arkansas, I wasn't expecting this…read more From the outside, it has a slightly upscale, homey vibe with colorful picnic tables, vines creeping through the space, and a banner that reads "Best Pizza in Northwest Arkansas" two years running. It feels casual but intentional, like people really care about what they're doing here. We ordered the spinach dip, the Peggy Bundy with chicken, and the Italian Stallion, and finished with the mystery milkshake, a $10 gamble where they pick three random flavors and you try to guess them. Get it right and it's free plus a $20 gift card. The spinach dip comes out hot and bubbling, covered in grated cheese with a thick, creamy texture underneath. The crostini are golden, crisp, and heavily seasoned. Every bite has flavor. For context, my favorite style is New York. Thin, foldable, crisp on the bottom, soft in the middle. This pizza leans a different direction, and it works. The crust reminded me of the bottom of an English muffin. Crispy, slightly fluffy, a little yeasty, with semolina giving it structure. The cheese had a great pull, toppings stayed in place, and every bite held together. And then it hit me. Back to being a kid. That once a month night. Movie rental, pizza, something sweet. No arguing, no chaos. Just a rare kind of peace. Pizza box on your lap in the car, heat coming through the cardboard, sneaking a peek on the way home. The kind of night you don't realize matters until it's gone. That's what this pizza felt like. Only note, I wanted a little more sauce to bring it fully home. The milkshake was fun and surprisingly challenging. We gave it a real shot and still missed. Apple, peach, and corn. Service was friendly, prompt, and down to earth while still professional. This place isn't trying to reinvent pizza. It reminds you why you loved it in the first place.

Been here several times and honestly, I haven't been a fan. Tried a few different pizzas, salads…read moreand apps and I wasn't for me. However, on this last visit the pizza was Excellent, service was good and the price is ok. I will continue to try some more items as downtown Rogers needs a good pizza joint.

We have come to Defy a handful of times and have always had fun. My kids love it! I prefer to come…read moreduring the week, instead of the weekends since it gets crowded on the weekends. I feel like it is less of a chance of someone bonking into someone when it is less crowded haha. They do have a lot of employees that are pretty on top of it to make sure no one is breaking any rules (such as double bouncing). There are lots of trampolines, a section where kids like to play dodgeball, soft foam area where kids can jump in, area to shoot hoops and more. My oldest especially likes the area with soft foam that has climbing areas over it. They offer day tickets, or you can buy punch cards or monthly memberships. There are three different memberships too, with some only allowing you to go certain times and days. They also do birthday parties here. Go get your jump on!

Arrived at 8:10pm where my son and grandchildren were already at the park. And tried to his niece…read moreto his pass so she could jump! What a cluster! I tried to buy a pass. They wouldn't sell one because their passes were only 90 minutes. I agreed to pay for the entire time. They said their computer system would not allow them to sell it. The hoops we had to jump through to add her to a membership was ridiculous. And every employee in the place worked harder to turn away money than they did to help me. Somebody needs to teach these kids something about customer service. Worst experience ever!
