I cannot say this loud enough, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will lie about everything to get you to buy a pool but once it's time for installation, it's an absolute joke. You will be the general contractor who has to hire everyone to do everything except dig the hole. Concrete, electrical, plumbing...you're 100% on your own. They don't show you how to operate any of the equipment including the heater and the filter pump. They don't hook up the lighting kits they charge you $1,000 for and if you have them install one they don't do it correctly and it will leak. When you call to have them send someone out to fix leaks, WHEN that person finally arrives it's plumbers tape and silicone fixes. Which means you have to clean their messy silicone before installing a correct o-ring or gasket that they left off like I did on the heater drain. You would be much better off buying a kit from a source online and having it delivered and hiring your own contractors, because you'll have to do that anyway, and save yourself about $25,000. I went in to the store in OKC on Reno and was looking for a hot tub that had to be no more than 81" on one side in order to get it through a door of my greenhouse The sales guy couldn't find anything so he said lets ask the owner. When told what I was looking for she said no one makes that size, so you will have to choose something else. Well I had already found one on NE 23rd, so I told her That I have already found one that size and that at this point I wouldn't buy it from you anyway because of that attitude. read more

We purchased a sauna from Galaxy and within a week the front glass shattered. It took some time for us to start the repair process, but over the past two weeks we've been trying to get it resolved. After paying for replacement glass, Galaxy scheduled an installation appointment... then no-showed and had to reschedule. At the second appointment, the technicians arrived but quickly discovered they had brought the wrong size glass. Frustrating, but mistakes happen. What is unacceptable, however, is what we discovered afterward. When they removed the front panel, more shards of glass fell out and were left scattered across our patio and lawn. This was extremely unsafe, especially since we have people walking in that area. I called Galaxy to report the issue and was told a manager would get back to me. The operations manager finally called, but offered no real solution... and to make matters worse, it sounds like our replacement glass hasn't even been ordered yet. Overall, the lack of communication, repeated mistakes, and disregard for safety have been very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Galaxy. read more

NEGATIVE STARS We had Galaxy install our pool in April 2024 - we were forced to prepay the entire 30k+ before they would even start...complaint #1. The install crew worked fast, maybe too fast. Our liner was very wrinkly & puffed out in the corners...complaint #2. We attempted many times over a couple weeks to call customer service & couldn't get anyone on the phone or a call back...complaint #3. No one from their company ever explained to us how to use the pool pump or any other start-up or usage of the pool. They didn't come check to make sure everything was working, nothing. We feel like they got their money & were done with us. We used the pool 1 summer. Now the liner falling down in places & is floating because they did not tell us we needed nor did they install a sump pump to drain any excess water (rain, etc) from under the pool...complaint #4. Again, we started calling them to come look at the liner/pool because there is obviously something wrong...after 3 weeks or more of calling, they finally sent someone out. It took another 2-3 weeks before we "got a quote". And the guy they sent out had a terrible attitude & made it obvious he didn't want to be here. Our pool has not been right since day 1, we do not feel like we should be paying anything, this should all be under warranty. They want to charge us $1,700 to "fix" their crappy installation. Desired settlement: We want them to correctly fix the liner installation problem & install a sump pump with NO additional cost to us!!! read more

We checked out Galaxy because our patio acts as a wind tunnel and the cheap patio furniture sets online we've tried all of the cushions end up everywhere in our yard every storm and faded. So we decided to bite the bullet and get something high quality that was heavy and the cushions would tie down. Galaxy had so many options. One aspect I liked was you weren't required to buy the whole set like most other stores. We were able to just buy what we needed. Pricing is higher but you are paying for quality pieces that won't fade, the cushions stay on via strap, and it comes with a great warranty. Delivery was earlier than projected too which is a nice bonus. We will be back for our outdoor needs! read more

Infuriating experience. Pool & spa purchase. Required full payment before install. After we paid in full we ran into more delays to the point we thought we'd been ripped off. The company is poorly managed, we get the sense that Owners do whatever they can to cut cost. Sales, customer service, Galaxy spa & pool subcontractor installers, and service staff are well meaning but not given tools they need to serve customers. Anyone from Galaxy who's been to our property has had to borrow our tools because they don't have proper and/or working tools. Some of them needed better training so they can safely solve on-site challenges. Our brand new spa has a head rest that has never stayed in place. We were told to buy a new one at $50 because a defective brand new spa headrest, that arrived defective, "isn't covered under warranty". There was other damage on arrival and the rest got fixed. Pool installers ripped the lining and Galaxy replaced the whole thing, which was appreciated. The most concerning thing was inconsistent communication about electrical needs and whether or not the pool needed water in it before backfilling. Very bad things would have happened if we had taken people's word and not read the paperwork and done more research. You have to be a very well informed customer to protect yourself here. Galaxy expanded into Arkansas recently. The company is based in Oklahoma and cancelled a pool install on the east side of Northwest Arkansas because of rain that happened in Tulsa. They said "the jobsite is saturated" based on Tulsa, not based on an assessment of the actual install location in Arkansas. We hadn't gotten any rain. The delay caused our other contractors to be delayed. Then having to replace the damaged liner pushed us into cold weather that prevented pool fill, and further delayed our other contractors since you can't backfill without water in the pool. They weren't prepared for rocky Arkansas digging. Fortunately we have flexibility to deal with mismanaged processes and poor communication. This would have been a much worse experience if we were in our younger years and didn't have time to chase people down and if we weren't home all the time. read more

They don't have any Customer service They are rude if you ask a question they have to go ask somebody else or call somebody then they sell you the wrong products that you need they're just very rude rude rude people I do not recommend them to anybody. read more

Very frustrating experience. We had several issues with our hot tub and getting these taken care of has been a long, drawn-out affair. The issue is their installation department does not communicate very well within the organization. We've had Galaxy installers out here to repair matters and they don't have the proper parts to complete the repair. We had the hot tub delivered in February and in July we are still attempting to get everything as it should be. read more

My experience with with Galaxy has been very good. There were some challenges with installation that the service manager and general manager dealt with in a prompt professional manner. This is my first hot tub and Galaxy's staff made sure I was well educated regarding the care of my hot tub. When I go to their showroom I am greeted by name and am assisted by knowledgeable staff. read more
