As a warning, I know from personal…read moreexperience that this place practices Conversion Therapy or Reperative Therapy or whatever else it is called, to "cure" the LGBT community. They don't cure people. At best it damages them, causing Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, agoraphobia, just to name a few. At worst, it kills people. Over 500,000 LGBT people attempt suicide every year, around 5,000 succeed. Somehow idiots still want practice it. I went to Waterstone Counseling in a rough time to see a counselor I used to see as an intern at another place who I thought was LGBT affirming. They were not. After one time of seeing them they asked me to come to a "Men's Group" and more than one attendee admitted they had this practice done to them. You have to be careful, they may say they're against it, or they don't practice it. However, they just guise it as something else. This place needs to be shut down. Luckily with Conversion Therapy being outlawed in a lot of states, hopefully it soon will be.

Let's start with the positives, all of the therapists and facilitators are great and seem to…read moregenuinely care. There are also some really neat options available like outings and equine therapy. That said, any and everything relating to the administration and business end of Time Wellness is terrible. They will put you on the Partial Hospitalization Plan, regardless of what your actual needs are, requiring you to be there in person or on a Teams call from essentially 9am - 4pm. If you have to work, they will say just join remotely while you work (in my opinion so they can bill you or your insurance for the time) The vast majority of your time will be spent in groups which may or may not apply to what your needs or challenges are. The groups are a hybrid format meaning its a mix of online and in-person people, sometimes there will be 20 people in a group and the group is over before everyone can answer the check-in question. Another issue with the groups is there are nearly constant technical issues from network disconnects, to bad audio or video, there is no tech support at Time Wellness, and these issues I would say regularly eat up 20-30% of most of the group time, with the online people asking what the in-person people said or for questions to be repeated. With the sometimes very large group size, this feels unfair to everyone involved. You will get 1 one-on-one therapy session a week for 50-60 mins. You will also have to take drug tests 3 times a week(you or you insurance will be paying for this), regardless of whether or not substances are your issue. Its pretty clear that the folks running the show prioritize profit over care. As someone who was doing private pay it cost $11,000 for one month of care, and when that month was up the admin side of things had no interest in helping me find some middle ground that would better fit my needs, or allow me to continue meeting with the therapist I actually felt like was a good fit for me, none of my case management needs were handled in the 4 weeks of treatment, I didnt even get a care plan in place until week 3. While I really enjoyed my time with all of the facilitators, the numerous other issues and I'd say almost scam-y way the business side is run, I could under no circumstances recommend going here, unless you have really great insurance that will cover everything, but absolutely avoid if you're going to need to pay out of pocket.

well, this is called arise health now and they handle a lot of in school therapy and what our…read moremedical insurance didn't cover they covered with grant money which is beautiful and then for the next school year, they said everything would transfer to the new school, which is fantastic but then the grant Shut ended and nobody told us we started getting Bill for the first bill was like almost $1000 now it's up to almost $2000 and it's been over a year that I've been going around and around trying to find somebody that knows what's going on, right I just found out today that the grant ended and nobody notified us ! I get bills in the mail from them all the time, but not once that I ever get any verbal notification from their employee at the school letter of notification nothing I was never notified the grant ended. And there's no one that can fix this or look into this. They just don't have that.
