In addition to…read moreover 17,000 clocked hours of direct clinical experience, I am a long time member of the American Counseling Association and have been a local, state, and national presenter to other mental health professionals. My therapeutic work with adults and kids has included completing diagnostic evaluations, college students, crisis intervention, & work in fast paced, difficult treatment settings such as partial hospitalization and residential treatment facilities. I'm experienced working with a variety of diagnoses from mild to severe problems including abuse recovery. Many of the persons I have worked with over the years have had Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Generalized Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Post Traumatic Disorder (PTSD), Panic, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Dysthmia, etc. The behavior disturbances were sometimes so severe these persons were requiring out-of-home placements in treatment facilities, emergency shelters, juvenile detention, and DHS custody. I am knowlegeable about and do have experience treating problems such as an adjustment reaction for short term help coping with divorce, a new health issue, or other life struggle. I have been eligible to provide clinical supervision opportunities to Licensed Associate Counselors since 2009. And since 2002, I have consistently been nationally certified through the National Board of Certified Counselors.

There are also some really neat options available like outings and equine therapy. That said, any and everything relating to the administration and business end of Time Wellness is terrible. They will put you on the Partial Hospitalization Plan, regardless of what your actual needs are, requiring you to be there in person or on a Teams call from essentially 9am - 4pm. If you have to work, they will say just join remotely while you work (in my opinion so they can bill you or your insurance for the time) The vast majority of your time will be spent in groups which may or may not apply to what your needs or challenges are. The groups are a hybrid format meaning its a mix of online and in-person people, sometimes there will be 20 people in a group and the group is over before everyone can answer the check-in question. Another issue with the groups is there are nearly constant technical issues from network disconnects, to bad audio or video, there is no tech support at Time Wellness, and these issues I would say regularly eat up 20-30% of most of the group time, with the online people asking what the in-person people said or for questions to be repeated. With the sometimes very large group size, this feels unfair to everyone involved. You will get 1 one-on-one therapy session a week for 50-60 mins. You will also have to take drug tests 3 times a week(you or you insurance will be paying for this), regardless of whether or not substances are your issue. Its pretty clear that the folks running the show prioritize profit over care. As someone who was doing private pay it cost $11,000 for one month of care, and when that month was up the admin side of things had no interest in helping me find some middle ground that would better fit my needs, or allow me to continue meeting with the therapist I actually felt like was a good fit for me, none of my case management needs were handled in the 4 weeks of treatment, I didnt even get a care plan in place until week 3. While I really enjoyed my time with all of the facilitators, the numerous other issues and I'd say almost scam-y way the business side is run, I could under no circumstances recommend going here, unless you have really great insurance that will cover everything, but absolutely avoid if you're going to need to pay out of pocket.

An excellent place for both recovery AND mental health. They combine your treatment and address…read moreboth in a way I've not seen before. I would HIGHLY recommend Time Wellness to others struggling with substance use disorder or even just their mental health.

It has…read morebeen so difficult to find clean, well-maintained and beautiful resorts that allow our large dogs to stay with us and we are so happy that we've found this place! We stayed at Cabin 10 (The Ranger Station) and had the most gorgeous views of the Ozarks and Beaver Lake. The cabin has a pretty large porch with two rocking chairs, a small side table, and a swinging bench. We enjoyed quite a few mimosas out there listening to the sounds of nature! Instead was a full kitchen (the refrigerator worked perfectly- our champagne stayed nice and cold!) with a little dining area. We loved that they included a doggy bag of treats for our large dogs, that was so thoughtful! The living room had a nice set up with a large couch, chair, and a few tables. The TV got a few channels but we really only watched movies that we borrowed from the office's extensive movie collection (seriously such a HUGE selection!). The bed was extremely comfortable and with two nightstands/dressers and two closets, we had way more room for clothes and extras that we needed! The bathroom was huge with a large shower and GIANT two person whirlpool bathtub. The bathtub overlooked the gorgeous view outside and was by far my favorite part of the cabin. The resort is like 10-15 minutes from Eureka Spring's historic downtown with tons of shopping and restaurants. We recommend doing the historic trolley tour (although we are history nerds, so your mileage may vary!). The owners and the property manager were so genuinely kind, helpful, and hospitable. We cannot wait to return!!

The cabins are a perfect getaway from the busy world. The cabins are also pet friendly too on the inside and outside. Sit back and relax in the swinging chairs looking at the sunset of the beautiful Eureka Springs Mountain View Or stay inside with a movie and a fire on a brisk night as they collect firewood for you. And choose from one of their hundreds upon hundreds of movie selections. Love this place and you will too
