Venue is really pretty I would give it a 5 but I took off point for the brides room functionality…read more Brides take into consideration, The brides room that they offer is really pretty, spacious for bridesmaids to be together but not really functional unless your hair dresser and makeup artists is over 6 feet tall! Bathroom is the only place to get dressed with privacy (size of a small powder room) If you have a ball gown dress, bathroom will not work! Your option of getting dressed is to change in the open space however there are windows facing the venue building and parking lot with nothing on them. Be careful when changing or BRING dividers or something to block outsiders looking in! You only have the Brides room until 9pm and if you are doing a dress change make sure its well before 9pm or make sure you have people stand and block windows as the staff coming in to clean room 8:50 was a female and a male PEPPING TOM! I caught him watching my bride changing her dress. He still continued to look even after the female told him to turn around! NOT ACCEPTABLE! Allure maybe make sure before sending in a male to clean make sure the room is empty!

Our coordinators, Natalie & Michelle were OUTSTANDING. They really made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Their coordinator services eliminated the need for me to hire a third party day-of planner. The atmosphere/decor is so unique that you really don't need to do much to gussy the place up. I'm from Chicago and I have YET to see an event space like this. All of my guests still can't stop talking about what an amazing venue we chose. The bridal suite is AWESOME!!! The suite on its own could've sold me on this hall. We had somewhere between 10-25 people in there and still had enough elbow room to breathe as we all got ready. I also love the fact that it is a one-event/night space so you won't have to worry about running into other random guests/brides at your own wedding. Did I mention how affordable this place is?!! I'm also still waiting for a phone call back. Upon booking, I had great communication. I was obviously excited, considering all the great reviews. It was roughly 1.5 weeks out from our wedding. Crickets didn't hear anything form anyone. I had to reach aid touch base to talk to someone (who ended up being our DJ) Upon arrival to our reception our party bus driver was running 15 minutes late, in return really bothered the DJ and he made it well known. I had spent hours adding the music to the app that 27 entertainment sent me to download that we wanted played. Dinner music (half of which that was not even played) must play and do not plays. As the bride, I asked the DJ to play a song during the reception. In which he told me "I already played that." I heard less than half of the songs I was told to pick up and put on the app they use. I wouldn't have wasted hours of my time selecting and adding music if I would've known it wasn't going to be played. Not to mention, shortly after the reception started DJs back speaker blew and we had several guests walk up to us stating they couldn't hear anything at the back of our venue. I will say the uploading that was available was very nice. Finally, at the end of the night the DJ started playing what we asked for. We finally had guests out on the dance floor, so my husband offered to pay him cash for an extra hour considering leading up to this was not going well. I reached out to 27 entertainment a few weeks after my wedding just to let them know of what had happened. I was very clear. I did not want to refund or any money back. I just wanted to let somebody know of the issues. I was told on the phone " well, your event has obviously came and gone so we can't take it back. But I'll talk to the DJ and I'll get back to you never wants a sorry this is not our standard. Almost 3 years later. I'm waiting for a follow up from 27 entertainment. Looking back I wish I would have booked a different DJ. It was a $2800 letdown. However, decided to go with 27 entertainment due to all the positive reviews.
