He lied and said that the insurance company will cover it, which they absolutely did not cover all that after flagging him. But they did try to reach out and get an explanation, but he wouldn't take their calls or call back. unfortunately, he will blow smoke up your butt. I trusted him, but after the fact, I was getting screwed. Now he's coming after me for 24K the balance. I've been getting estimates by other tree companies and nowhere near his cost and they could not believe he charged that much. The man has a lawyer in his back pocket, not his first rodeo.... LOL
