The atmosphere of this establishment was so relaxing, her products are luxurious and she gave me a very "pampered" mani/pedi session. The woman doing my nails didn't file them properly (one side smooth and the other not even touched after being cut) and another woman had to step in to file them. She went after some parts of my cuticles like they had insulted her yet left other parts untouched. The hangnails after this are impressive. When she started painting them the polish wasn't smooth. It was so thick it was like a puffy nail polish. I got up to look and see if there was another color that was good from a newer bottle. She came over to take off the polish on the two nails she had done and used a dry paper towel. I just left. When I got home and looked at my nails I noticed she didn't even fully take off the clear polish I came in with. My manicure here has me doing my nails at home. Definitely will not be back.
