They both have an exceptional bed-side (table-side?) manner, and intersperse humour with professionalism, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the human body. Of late, my treatments have been entirely with Susan, and she has been amazing at finding and working out every issue I bring to her. Appointments are easy to come by, and they also don't get twisted if something happens and you need to re-schedule (although try not to do so, as this is a very small practice that has to juggle a lot of patients' needs). I'd always been afraid of acupuncture, but the good folks here helped me get over it and appreciate a new way of feeling better. Wow, was I wrong--Mark Moschinsky has been practicing his profession at Union Square for over 30 years! It's been 60 years since a so-called doctor used his hands to sense my internal organs, look at my tongue and eyes, and feel my pulse. In August of last year it got so bad that I had 5 migraines in a week and decided it was time to try something else. In the past people suggested acupuncture but I was always skeptical. After doing some research I found NYC points online. I originally was planning on using group-on to book my appointment but to my surprise they took my insurance and I was covered for visits. I went through a consultation with Jennifer and I knew this would be something that could work. Jennifer is great not only does she treat you but she goes out of her way to explain exactly why she is treating you a certain way. I was scheduled for weekly appointments early on and now I go monthly. Thankfully since I began going in August 2010 I have not experienced one migraine. I can say without a doubt that Jenn and NYC points have changed my life. Migraines were a major deterrent to me since alcohol and chocolate were common triggers. It was my Voice/Speech teacher who suggested that Rolfing would probably benefit me in every aspect of my growth. I knew little about it so I did some research and came across Paul. His studio was only a couple blocks from the conservatory so I figured I would go in for one session and see what it's all the fuss is about. I am now on my 9th session with Paul and I can honestly say that it was worth every penny and minute of my time. He meticulously evaluates the your progress every step of the way to see what changes are occurring and fixes what needs fixing and leaves what doesn't alone. The benefits of the 10 series are numerous. Besides the overall sense of well being and sensation of finally feeling comfortable in my own body, my voice is more resonant and full, my balance and alignment is superior, and my strength and flexibility have increased tremendously. Looking back on it now, I honestly believe that the 10 series should be a prerequisite before undergoing any formal actor training. The only way to fully absorb the skills that are being taught is to show up on day one with a body that's open and fully engaged. At each visit he asks about my latest health updates and any issues I'm having. He'll adjust where he pokes me with the needles based on this. He accepts insurance. Even though my insurance does not cover acupuncture I find him reasonably priced and he offers a discount if you buy a package. The office is overall very nice. It's well kept and clean.

Dr. Choi assessed me, asking strange questions and then had acupuncture done couple of days. It's been a couple of weeks and the pain hasn't returned.
