The most recent purchase was a TV fireplace which is exactly what we wanted. Prices are fair as I haven't encountered anything so far over priced. I enjoy their holiday themed area which is stocked full of anything you could imagine. Every time I've asked a worker where something is they are always polite and helpful. He showed us what we were interested in then left us alone to take in the sofas and talk among ourselves without someone breathing over us. I was near the checkout shopping when I overheard a male customer politely ask a cashier if certain items were on sale. Instead of a normal, polite response, the cashier, a middle-aged woman with black hair, snapped at him, aggressively stating they were clearly marked as not on sale. The customer was completely taken aback (so was I frankly) but he stayed entirely calm, simply mentioning that the aisle signage was a bit confusing. The cashier doubled down, yelling louder and more aggressively that it "wasn't her problem if he couldn't read the sign." It was so hostile I almost walked out right then. It got worse. Another man (unclear if it was a customer or someone else) came in from the parking lot, got directly in the male customer's face, and became incredibly aggressive, to the point where I genuinely thought the man from the parking lot was going to get physical with the customer. Instead of de-escalating, the cashier started yelling over them again. Through all of this, the customer remained completely composed, paid for his items, and prepared to leave. As he walked out, the cashier threw a loud, incredibly sarcastic "have a good day and come again" after him. The way this employee treated a calm customer asking a simple question was completely unacceptable. It made me so uncomfortable that I set my items down and walked out without buying anything. Everyone has bad days, but this went way beyond that it was disrespectful and disappointing. I will be hard pressed to return to the store if this is the way they treat their customers.

Here I am with a recliner I paid too much for, which has never worked. The first chair was defective, and they replaced it with another defective chair. The best part was that the tech guy who came out asked me if my husband was fat because that could explain why the chair's steel structural frame was bent! REALLY! When we were in the store, he sat in the same chair, and the sales rep said it was a perfect fit. So note to self only people who are 100pounds, or less should buy furniture from this company because they love to look at you in your face, say it is a good fit, and then lie to you, or the tech guy thinks that was a good excuse to say to a customer who spent over $5K plus in there store for crap furniture. Again, PLEASE save your time and hard-earned money in this place and people who are just there to make as much money for themselves, even if it means lying to the customer.
