This particular model is well known for having electrical issues and on more than one occasion I have been stranded mid-ride due to theses issues causing a dead battery. I reached out to Mark and he responded promptly and helped me come to grips with the situation and the options available. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and accommodated me bringing in the motorcycle ASAP. Mark even went out of his way to provide me with some options for towing my bike in. My motorcycle was ready to pick up way sooner than I anticipated and throughout the whole process Mark kept me in the loop. He was friendly and down to earth. I completely understand all the bad reviews about their showroom service - it's pretty terrible. But if you go in knowing that you'll have a better experience. I can say that after waiting a bit in the retail space, they've been able to sneak me on their schedule on minor, but necessary, repairs, usually with same-day service. I was totally surprised by how much stuff they had in their store. The clothing is amazing! Great selection of vests, jackets, eyewear, jewelry, helmets, patches and leather bags and goods.
