Instead of supporting us, she consistently took the nanny's side and made an already terrifying situation worse. She then refused to honor the "30-day free replacement" in her own contract, hiding behind technicalities while we were under extreme emotional and physical stress. We didn't have the capacity to argue -- our baby was in the hospital -- and she took advantage of that. No thanks to her, we still managed to keep the nanny for a short while.
