Absolutely the worst Law firm I have ever used, with that said be aware that these people do not fall under the Florida Bar they are in line with Federal Bar good luck navigating the Feds website and red tape. The only reason they are getting three stars is because I won my case, but it wasn't because of anything that they did. I won the case on my own by following up and getting all my documentation in order. They basically did nothing. Had they submitted the documentation in a timely matter I most likely would've won my case before having to go before the judge. I guess they do that on purpose so they get more money. I spoke to my attorney twice on the phone in the almost 3 years of representation, one being the day before my hearing. There were mistakes made along the way that I had to fix on my own. They never even notified me to let me know that I won my case. I had to see that on my own. I never even got a follow up call. They walked away with $9600. For doing absolutely nothing. This is the second time I've left a review but the first one they begged me to take down and told me that they were sorry and that they would follow up with me to go over everything once they received the final decision, but that was never the case. If you wish to file a social security disability claim and are thinking about using this Law Firm , I would suggest using a different law firm. The only reason they are getting two stars is I actually did receive my social security disability after a year. All the work is on YouTube fill out all forms , applications, documentation, etc. I was contacted every couple months by them to see if there was anything new in my medical record . However, if I contacted them with a question on the application the answer basically was answer it correctly and truthfully. There are so many nuances to Social Security disability claims that it is sometimes hard to know how to answer the question. Anytime I asked for advice I received the same answer which was just answer it truthfully. Direct questions were answered vaguely. Ultimately if you can get the application in yourself without a law firm I would do that. In my particular case I needed a little bit of advice up front . Had I not needed that I would not have used a law firm at all. If I have a family member or close friend that ever needs to file for Social Security disability I can now help them through the process of initial application and then the rest of it we can do ourselves. Ultimately in the end they received a decent portion of my back social security check . I would rather have collected that amount of money myself. read more

I filed in Oct 2024 and got approved end of September 2025. After A Social Security Doctor visit. I filled, filed, fax, and mail all my paperwork. I got all 141 pictures developed with all documents ready to take to my doctor appointment. I only game one star because I really didn't see anything they did for me. This place is the puppy mill of legal help. They give you no advice. I was with them for two years waiting for a hearing. They did not even assign a lawyer until my case was set for trial, 2 months before my hearing. I had a fit two weeks before my hearing so they actually let me talk to the attorney, who "liked my case". They only review the case before trial if there are red flags. My attorney was useless during the hearing. After my denial, I pulled my record: a full year of medical records was MISSING. How the hell does that happen? They didn't get my records???? Regardless of an earlier critical review on the incompetence of Nyman Turkish PC, they did apologize. Briefly, their staff member had asked me for a list of my MEDS which I provided prior to Thanksgiving 2020. Their incompetence and delays in waiting on a list they already had was bad enough but I will give any dog or lawyer one mistake. However, the e-filing generated by them reflected inaccurate/false dates and other nonsense. Obviously, falsification of a government form is a Violation of US Code, but in this case - correcting their falsifications is more trouble than starting fresh. Nyman Turkish has been fired and since their wok product was flawed, my agreement to pay them their fee on my first check is null and void since I am obliterating their faux nonsense and refreshing the info. Their delay caused more than three months of loss of file date and benefits. Do Not trust them.
