We drove an hour and will be doing so forward to come here. We were assisted by Juliette and the owner with the utmost care. When I explained her issue the owner steered us away from a more expensive shoe we were interested in and suggested several that were a better option to keep her toes from pointing inward. The recommendations were spot on and we were amazed by how straight her feet were and how she wasn't falling in the shoes. The fitting process was very low stress and truly excellent from these women and my under two granddaughter had a fantastic experience!! This included a decent array of size 14's which can oftentimes be a problem to find. I found a pair I liked quickly, tried them on, they fit well and there you have it, sold! Throw in that she got a new pair of brown boots for the buy one get one 50% off deal and we both walked away happy.

Walked in today with a coworker and I couldn't find it on the rack. *tears of sadness* I browse the sale rack as I morn in silence. My coworker said "is this it". A light from heaven shown down with all it's glory as she held up my beloved chevron black and white maxi skirt. "YES" and I snatched it. Thank the good Lord it was a large. I would have probably bought it anyway if it were a small and squeezed my thick'um thighs in it. (Don't judge...you know you've done that before). Here's where I get irritated. I'm happy and I asked the sales girl to hold it for me as I need to go back and get my wallet. I could have sworn she rolled her eyes in her head and I politely said that I would be back...no need to worry. She just grabbed it and said "Name?" wow....someone's got the Monday blues. You can stroll from Tryon Street through the arcade and emerge into Brevard Court, a lively courtyard filled with outdoor dining, people watching, and some of Uptown's most beloved local businesses. The less it's warm the more expensive it is. Some of the shoes on the shelves are upwards of $1500 where are some are only $100. I can tell you these prices are not out of line with the industry. Kai was our sales person. He was awesome. If you go there ask for him. I say that because he will spend the time with you. Kai knows his products and he knows what's in the stores inventory. I didn't see the other sales person offer their assistance. They just seemed unapproachable like they didn't want to be bothered. While sticker shock got me I can at least say at least it wasn't one of the $1K pair! Next time you are at Concord Mills you have to check this store out.
