I stood there and couldn't believe her tone. I tried my gown on. The other young long brown hair girl was polite. I told her I might purchase two gowns. She said, ok good. The short hair blonde girl came up to the counter while I was paying the balance and opened my dress bag to see if I stole the second gown I tried on. the long brown hair girl put the gown in the bag from the dressing room. I told the long brown hair girl her coworker was rude. she smiled as if she wanted to say, I know she was rude to you. . I thought money was green. I guess not. She needs to reprimanded. Her attitude was very disrespectfu.

They went above and beyond for this aunt that was seeking help for her 9th grade niece whom was striking out on finding pageant dresses in the upstate area for the Greenwood High Pageant. They sacrificed their time so that my family could drive down from Greenwood on a late Sunday afternoon (which they are closed btw) and try on a multitude of dresses! My niece felt so confident, comfortable, and valued in her experience that I could not have been more thankful. We had such a great time and the customer service was superb that we will Definitely be making this our go to shop for any prom/pageant and formal wear! We were greeted and was asked what we wanted and we would get a sales person to help us with picking out dresses. Quite similar to Yes To The Dress television show. The store was busy with young ladies looking for prom dresses. Some dresses on racks were readily available and others had to be ordered. Our sales lady was very attentive to our needs. After dresses were picked out, she escorted us to a fitting room and helped take dresses off the hanger and help zip up the dresses. The dresses were pretty , expensive in my opinion. The ones we tried on were $400 to $600 and of course needed some alterations if we wanted them shortened. Alterations were done elsewhere. I did not like most of the dresses shown for myself as they were very matronly looking with heavy beaded material. When customers bought a dress, an announcement was made : "she said yes to the dress" and staff and customers clapped. Just my daughter ended buying a lovely dress. My granddaughter and I would have to look elsewhere to buy a fancy dress. I personally prefer high end department store dresses that carry styles that I prefer.

We went looking for a dress for my sister, who is the perfect storm of "OMG, what am I going to do?" She had no idea what silhouettes looked good on her, has a unique body type, wanted a non-traditionally colored gown and travels to work (which means she has a tricky schedule). My coworker is also planning her wedding and recommended Simpson's, she said it was worth the drive. So, being the antisocial millennial that I am, I sent them a Facebook message and got a reply right away that there would be blue dresses available to try on and was able to schedule our appointment through Facebook. They were super helpful since I didn't know anything (first time having MOH duties) When we got to the shop and checked in, we were introduced to Hope who was AMAZING. She took us to the samples and showed us how to read the tags and let us loose. We pulled maybe 8 dresses before my sister stopped us. Hope took my sister to the dressing room and we hung out in a small trying on area. I was really glad that my sister had a small group as there was not a lot of seating. This is the only fault I could find. Hope managed to figure out exactly what my sister was looking for and we got closer and closer to The One with every dress. The One, ended up being the 4th dress she tried on and even though it didn't come in the color she had been looking for, the staff was awesome in helping her find a way to customize it to her liking. I think at one point, three staff members were helping us look through color swatches for just the right shade! We were so pleased at the encellent service we received and I could not be happier. I can't wait until we go back in September when the dress comes in! I wanna see it again!
