The waiter was so excited that we were the first Americans that he's ever seen. He said he always wanted to go to the USA and asked a lot of questions about America. Of course my boyfriend who loves talking to strangers was excited to explain a lot of things and answering all his questions. With this kind waiter, of course our experience was going to be good. This place was highly rated in many tourist sites, and that was one of the reasons why we decided to try. And of course, Indonesia being a former Dutch colony, I thought it would be legit to try Indonesian food, instead of those Argentinian steak house in Amsterdam. I had Nasi Goreng. IT was great. Bintang beer was just like any other pilsner, not as refreshing as Heineken that I had at the Heineken brewery, but I know better than comparing beer from local brewery and beer from another country.
