We waited, and there was no call or follow up on Tuesday, no call Wednesday. I called on Thursday and was rudely advised that it would take longer. I had to call again the following week, this time I was told the item in need was in transit. It is now June 13 and still no update or reply. I have left voicemails and call back numbers and my calls are never returned. They took a deposit, but services have not been rendered and Shane Holden won't return our calls. I always try to give business to local companies, unfortunately, I should have read more reviews as this seems to be a business trend for this company.
