He checked all the hoses and such and tightened things up. He could have said well it's draining now and left but he was very friendly and gave helpful advice about the Appliance industry. I had to call again the following week, this time I was told the item in need was in transit. It is now June 13 and still no update or reply. I have left voicemails and call back numbers and my calls are never returned. They took a deposit, but services have not been rendered and Shane Holden won't return our calls.
