She couldn't even reciprocate a "Hello" upon ny arrival to the location. Her responses on inquiries were cold, with an angry demeanor. Partopia could not provide a small delivery to my home 1.5 miles away and charged an exuberant fee ($300) as security for chairs and a tent rental. Upon returning the items I was told the security would not be returned for 3-5 business days. Very disappointed and needles to say, I would not recommend nor will I be using this business in the near future. Gratitude is everything and Partopia fails to be gracious or grateful to their customers.

A review post rescheduled event:…read more Overall, our guests were comfortable, the sound system was good, the room was clean and airy with high ceilings and needed minimal decorations. There was room for our food and sweets tables as well as for a small dance floor which was appropriate for our intimate event with close family and friends. As an event space, the sky tower room delivered all of the things we were looking for. ---------------------- The space was clean, easy to access from the Highway, there was street side parking for our guests as long as they arrived early. The general manager Shanita(?) was there cleaning from a prior event and greeted us at the door at 2pm. It was good that we started the event later (4pm) than our reservation started (2pm) because our DJ had to work with event staff and call the owner because our DJ was having trouble connecting to the system. We followed up with staff onsite to make sure we revived the ice, serving trays, and table linens that were included in our package. We decided not to follow up about using the projector/tv screens after being brushed off when we asked for the other included amenities, but there were two large flatscreen TVs behind the sound booth. There was another event happening at the same time in the smaller room next door and we could only hear them (and assume that they could also hear us) if the front doors were open. At one point a guest from the other party clogged one of the toilets so it was shut down. The site manager was there to direct people to the right room and to shut down the room that was out of service. We started cleanup at 8 pm and we did our best to clear the space of debris that was generated by our event. The contract was very specific about prohibited activities (IE: no tape. No confetti etc) so we wanted to be sure to keep up our end of the deal especially because some of our decorative balloons popped and made a mess. The manager came in at 9pm and let us know that she would handle the rest if we got our items out of the space. We (clearly) did not have the best time negotiating the terms of the rescheduled event especially when we wanted to switch event spaces. Beautiful site. Lovely amenities.

And as far as how long you've been in business for, I live a few blocks away literally, you're not well known in a positive light. If she doesn't have something that you want, she's more than likely going to know where you can find it. (#2) However, I find that email tends to work best with them. They have tents, tables, foldaway chairs, linens, dishware / china, umbrellas, helium tanks, chafing dishes, and all kinds of party favors. One thing I really appreciate is that they have platforms, like carpet runners, stanchions, and small stage for elevation. They have cotton candy / popcorn machines, and additional room dividers and partitions to help with the party layout. I appreciate that their prices are completely transparent on the website (#3) and self-pick up is free. Delivery is available for additional fees and they're not always on time. I would recommend getting in touch with them early and if delivery is the only way to go is to deliver at least 2 hours prior to event time. Most importantly, when we complained about the missing supplies, they LIED and staged a photo of the machines in their warehouse including the supplies saying "this is how we received them back". I sent back a photo of the items as they were received and they never responded or refunded us the money, even though we couldn't use them. I would NOT recommend using this company.
