Since if it was on the event date you never know if they will be running late or if something happens. The drop off was seamless and we paid our remaining balance in cash on delivery. The pickup on the other hand the driver came an hour later after the event place was already closed. But we are understanding things happen. I remember my words were "I am going to slap you" he of course jumped to defense and I stopped him and I said "you literally have me crying right now I am SO HAPPY thank you So much Danny I LOVE IT"... Danny and his team delivered beyond my expectations!! I wanted a Parisian Garden themed party and I got a notch up. It was a Royal Parisian Garden. The stage emulated royalty fit for a princess. YES! My princess indeed! He even had Parisian music playing while my guests entered. It was perfectly executed and I loved every single detail. I had to make a last-minute venue change due to weather, and they handled it with such professionalism and grace--it made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. The process was seamless from start to finish. I rented a beautiful cart with balloon decorations and custom vinyl lettering. It looked amazing and truly elevated the event. We received so many compliments on both the cart and the balloons! Honestly, if I had more space at the venue, I would have rented even more from them. I only wish I had discovered them sooner! I rented about 35 chairs and a few tables for my baby shower, all the chairs were sturdy and looked…read morevery nice with my décor. I didn't even have to get the chair covers as the chairs were kept in good condition and clean. The delivery of the rentals arrived before the expected date, and the pick up of the equipment was done on the date as promised. The whole process was extremely easy. I left a deposit and paid the remaining balance through zelle on the date of delivery. I'm glad I chose this company, as their response time to my questions were quick and very professional & friendly customer service. I recommend this company for your rental needs!
