The balloons are not well filled with helium. They hit the floor in a couple of hours. They don't stay up long enough to take a pic. They are filled uneven. Over priced. My guest list went from 50 to 30 people and it was never a problem for me to change the number of linens I needed. They are pretty reasonable compared to other companies. Very nonchalant attitude, no customer service, very apathetic towards the fact that the space is not owned by me or the event planner. They expect you to have 24-hour access so they can pick up at whatever time and day that they please, regardless of the fact that you may have an event the very next day or the day after. NO consolation offered for the inconvenience and the wasting of my time. If you have a choice, do not DO. NOT. use this company.

For the delivery, there was no set-up and they need a four-hour window to pick up the equipment; this is too long when you have other things to do... rent from another place.
