Installed carpet over time became sagging and began to roll and pucker. It took 3 calls to the Middletown store to get help, each time they promised a call back, nothing! Finally someone got back to me via email, no phone calls. They charged me $125 for the service guy to come out and inspect, he was in the house about 5 minutes. After I followed up 2 times, a proposal was sent via e mail, again no phone call. They wanted over $1000 to fix their own work! Needless to say I didn't accept their proposal. Very disappointing process and result. STAY AWAY.

He made an in-person visit to our home in Brooklyn during the design process to ensure measurements were correct. The cabinets were delivered on schedule without any damage; Chris continued to be responsive even after delivery & installation to any questions we had. The cabinets are beautiful, spacious, graceful and perform beautifully. Goebelwood was significantly less expensive than quotes we received from NYC-area cabinetmakers. The employees at Matteo Family Kitchens are extremely helpful and patient, my wife primarily deals with Steave Matteo and no matter how many times she calls, texts or emails him, he always is pleasant when he responds. Matteos has remodeled our Kitchen, Master Bathroom and now we are getting our upstairs hallway bathroom remodeled. They are busy so you have to expect a wait for when your job will be scheduled but I rather have a company like Matteos that does the job professionally and high quality than a company that works fast but less quality.

We were told the project would take about 3 weeks. Being frustrated, and disappointed, we asked, if there would be any compensation. But, I was told that "things happen", "our contact was based on competition not time". "And just enjoy your new bathroom" A horrible overall experience! If you are planning a project in your home. Prior to meeting with Erica I had sent her pics of what I had in mind. She sent me some ideas and then I drove down to meet with her and see the selections in person. I loved them all. Erica has the best customer service anywhere. She let me take my time making my decision and then it was so easy to schedule a date to template and to install. Tim (her husband) did the measuring and templating and it was perfect. The next week the installers arrived exactly on time and placed and sealed the quartz. What an absolute perfect job it is. Everything was so neat and they totally cleaned up! I could not be happier. When the wallpaper is installed I will be back to post pics of my bathroom. I can't wait to see it all together. They will now be our go-to for stone/solid counters and have already recommended them to friends doing renovations.
