Mike O'Brian's patience was endless as I went back and forth in choosing the look I wanted numerous times (there were SO many options!), and he was very thorough in explaining the process (and the advantages ) of laminate. He was also extremely respectful of our budget. We finally chose a marble-look pattern and we absolutely love it! Mike and his crew came and removed our old counters on a Monday morning and, by Friday morning that same week, we had gorgeous new ones in place. After alerting the company, they sent someone out to remeasure the quartz for a replacement backsplash, which was installed today. I am so happy with the end product and greatly appreciate the company addressing my concerns in a very professional manner.
