Sage did not want to take responsibility for not packing it and T-N-T didn't want to take responsibility. I take this to be inappropriate behavior from Sage and from T-N-T. No answer. Not use to chasing companies for a service so moving on to the next. Was really looking forward to their designs based on my conversation with the consultant.
