New Sense was, without a doubt, the clear choice for me. The owner, Franchely, is very professional and responds promptly to all inquiries, even though I asked a lot of questions and took my time making a decision, she didn't waver in her politeness. I sent her a last-minute, Hail Mary message on a Thursday requesting a clean for the upcoming weekend. Without hesitation, she got booked for that Saturday. The team showed up early (but not too early). They were polite, prompt and friendly. They toured the house, asked what made me switch cleaning services (which I truly appreciated), and got started immediately. They set an estimated completion time of 3 hours. I headed out so they could work in peace. 3 hours later, they were finishing up as scheduled. When I returned, I saw that no detail was left unattended. Some people may not realize, but when life really overwhelms you, it can cause disarray in areas of life such as your home & to have someone come in and lift a load and help you get upright is a blessing! I felt so bad because I had clutter everywhere. Clothes all over the bed. All in the corners. I had papers all over the counter top and dining table.
