I have personally seen professional athletes, collegiate athletes, high school athletes, non athlete adults, teens, and even pre teens do extremely well there. It's truly amazing the effort they put into their work, and the pride they have in having you their. The trainers, Josh, Kero, and Brandon are all extremely knowledgeable, patient, well educated, and experienced in helping the athlete, and non athletes achieve their goals. I usually don't like to write bad reviews about a business but these guys deserve a zero star. Anyway, it started out great for the first few years. My youngest went there for over two rears. We even bought 10 passes for my oldest son who came home from college. My oldest hurt his shoulder and couldn't use it, it was told he can use it when he comes home from college. Everything was fine until we had to cut back my youngest because of the school work and his tennis training. Recently, we cut back to two day a week. After a couple months he wasn't able to make it every week due to tournaments and injuries. We tried it to use all the sessions but still had a few left. When we told them about cutting back to one day a week they were fine at first and increased the amount which we accepted. After a couple months my son could only make it once a week and we still had those sessions we paid in advance. We tried to tell them let us finish our sessions they were fine but they kept on charging my credit card. Matt was like a used car salesman trying to keep us with them giving us these crappy story about being a long member BS. We continue for another month then it happened again. I had to tell them no more but he said it was difficult for their sales department to reimburse us. So we tried to finish our sessions. We tried to use these last sessions but had difficulty when they changed to Mindandbody to check in. They still owe us two more sessions when we tried to use it yesterday. Matt told us that we aren't members so we can't use them! WTF, we paid $180 for the last 4 sessions. There's no such things as expiration when they sold us those extra sessions for my oldest son. Fast Twitch is a scam keeping us longer by charging my credit card. I would stay away from these guys and would never give them my CC. read more

First time I've ever written a review... I've been bringing my Grandson, to train at Fast Twitch, for about 6 months. ALL the trainers are so encouraging and knowledgeable in all aspects of sports training. They will find out what sport you are training for and gear your workouts toward that sport! Not many training facilities can incorporate that toward individual sports. I can see the improvement in my Grandson's physical appearance and strength, that it has improved his confidence in other aspects of his life. I have had the chance to train with the team here at OC Fast Twitch for several months. First and foremost the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about training, form, technique and build programs that enhance the athletic performance that you are seeking to achieve specific to your sport. I came in to develop more speed and power in my golf game and not only saw my muscle mass increase and body fat decrease I saw a club head speed increase of 15 mph. Now they didn't train me swinging a golf club but the core strength, flexibility and rotational exercises along with core power training helped immensely. I highly recommend OC Fast-Twitch to anyone who wants to perform at their highest potential. My daughter went there to get her ready to play basketball at the next level. She wanted to get stronger, more explosive, and gain confidence needed to play in college. Josh really knows his stuff and customized training sessions for my daughter. As she progressed, the training sessions changed and became more challenging. All the trainers are very passionate and focus on form and technique. My daughter had a lingering shoulder issue caused by a basketball injury 6 months earlier. The pain was getting worse and more frequent. The doctor said it was a labral tear of the shoulder. PT was recommeded. I brought this up with Josh and he modified my daughter's training sessions to help. Over the past 6 months of going twice a week, there was a noticable transformation to her game, body and, more importantly, her confidence. She had achieved her goals through working hard with the help of her trainers and sessions at OC Fast-Twitch. Oh, and my daughter went back to the doctor to check on her shoulder. My daughter Anna blew out her ACL playing club volleyball. She was committed to working hard to get her knee back in shape for the 2017 school season, so she went to Josh Gage at OC Fast-Twitch for advice. He put her on an intense program to build up her hamstring muscle and her thigh muscle to protect the joint. He also made sure to work on strengthening her core muscles. Each workout was intense and varied. It is easy to see that Josh and all the workers at OC Fast-Twitch care about helping athletes recover from their injuries to get back to the sport they love. Awesome place! They help you train and build muscle and prepare you for your sport. They really work on your form from pushups..to..squats and cleans. They work on balance, core strength, legs, explosion, stability, which are the key things to take you to the next level. Also I recommend all types of athletes to come here and give it a try. Brandon is an amazing trainer as well, he caters the level of workout depending on your ability level and skill. My son is a 14 year old ice hockey player (defenseman) with the Jr Ducks. He had a goal this off-season of playing for an A-level team. So we began a strength training program with Josh and his staff back in April, with the goal of getting bigger, stronger, and faster. The staff have done a great job with him this off-season, as he was approached by the A-team coach, before the tryouts even began, to secure a spot on the roster. He put on about 15 pounds of muscle, and became even faster on the ice. He also has a lot more confidence. He played his first game of the season in a tournament over Labor Day weekend, and was easily the most physical player on the ice. He also scored a goal in the first game as well. I had several parents come up to me after the game and ask, "What are you feeding that kid? He's like a completely different player this season!" I had a couple other parents say that they thought he was easily the best player on the ice this weekend. That is a tribute to the staff and how hard he has worked. He really enjoys his workouts, and looks forward to them. They definitely have instilled a passion in him for working out. read more
