After being recommended to Sima by our water filtration provider, I called them first thing in the morning. By early afternoon they had someone out to check out our system. I had already resigned myself to the idea that our 21 year old pump had died and was just hoping that it wasn't a dry well situation. The Sima tech systematically checked the whole system to make sure he fully diagnosed the whole issue. He was able to find the root cause was an electrical short. He fixed that and got our water back up and running very quickly. He could have easily told me that I needed a new pump and I would have completely believed him and bought it. Instead, he was honest and charged a very reasonable price for his labor. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be calling once my old pump really does go! You can trust this company.

Within 2 hours of my code red call to Frank because we had NO Water and no clue as to why - Andrew was here within 2 hours ( shocking because we live in a remote area of CT and rarely do folks show up on time and in some cases they don't show up at all) to quickly assess the problem, propose a resolution and provide transparent AND fair pricing. Frank and Andrew return early the next morning with all the necessary equipment and removed and replaced the broken pump and had water back up and running to our home by 3 PM that afternoon!!! The quote they gave me was fair and honest, especially considering another company gave me a higher quote claiming the pump was underground. Dennis assured me the pump was NOT underground, a very honest admission that saved me hundreds of dollars, if not more! After some problems were discovered in the install process, Dennis and Water Dr worked with me to make the unexpected costs more reasonable.
