I especially loved the chicken and potato--it was so flavorful and comforting. I really need to figure out how to recreate this at home! :) I suspect it's a unique creation of this restaurant, rather than a dish you can find just anywhere. The waitress recommended another, less expensive bottle, which she felt was a better match to the meal. And she was right. Both were delicious. She and I had a chat about where she was from (Burgundy) and where I was from (Tucson, Arizona) and then a lovely mousse au chocolat appeared as her gift. Does traveling get any better than this?! Maybe it's not haute cuisine, but it's very friendly, warm Provencial cuisine at an affordable price. Regarding other reviews pertaining to the delay in service--relax, you're in France, enjoy the moment.
