After waiting over a year to get MRIs for a follow-up appointment that he advised to review the progressing arthritis in my knees, I was shocked by how little care and respect I received. Despite my documented medical history following 10 years of military service like prior imaging, ongoing treatment with a chiropractor, podiatrist, spine specialist, and physical therapist - Chase never once examined my knees, touched them, or attempted to assess my condition. Yet, in his notes, he falsely documented "no weakness, no swelling, no tenderness," even though he never looked at or physically evaluated my knees at all. He dismissed everything I explained about my history of pain and injury, losing my ability to run without pain as well as documented history of shin splints, ankle and spine injuries. He brushed off my questions, and repeatedly implied that my advanced arthritis was simply "something people get." I noted that it is atypical for someone in their mid 30s to experience this level of deterioration with no history of surgeries, athletics, major injuries or accidents. When I asked for medical documentation and an explanation in plain language of my MRI results, he refused to provide meaningful answers. Instead, he flooded the record with commentary that made it seem as though I was exaggerating symptoms to seek benefits, rather than addressing my very real, documented medical condition. He told me "I will not tell the VA your military service caused arthritis" was not only inappropriate but incredibly disrespectful, given that I never asked him to do that and the fact that no other medical professional has ever treated me this way. Every provider provided an unbiased diagnosis of my conditions based on lab results and discussing my symptoms. Chase didn't suggest any follow on treatments and didn't speak with me (a recurring patient) for 10 minutes. I left the appointment feeling dismissed, disrespected, and frankly targeted. His lack of examination, his misleading documentation, and his hostile attitude were completely unacceptable. I will never return to this orthopedic office, and I would encourage others seeking real medical care to look elsewhere.

I inquired with the nurses about pain medication but was told that they couldn't give me anything without an actual diagnosis when I was confused about why my husband elbowed me in the ribs and told me about junkies. It never occurred to me... They did recommend the heat/cold packs and OTC medications though, I thanked them but those hadn't been helping as I'd been trying them already. It took a total of three visits before I got a diagnosis, which was very frustrating. The first visit included the X-Ray, the second was the MRI only and the third was the conclusion with the doctor. I'd had inflammation, for an unknown reason as there was no actual injury, and then I got a steroid injection. I'm now 95% pain-free from not being able to move my dominant arm without severe pain going from the time I wake up to the time I finally fell asleep. I'd even wake up in the middle of the night because I'd moved wrong and it made the shoulder angry. Dr. Harris recommended a specific Physical Therapy office (Premier Rehab Physical Therapy, I chose the one in Keller) and thank goodness he did because I LOVE THEM. Hopefully by the end of my rehab I'll be back to where I should be. Only time will tell. Dr. Harris doesn't beat around the bush, he isn't in a hurry but he gets down to business. He explains things in a way that's easy to understand and gives a good expectation of what should happen. While I hope I don't ever need to see him again, I will go back and I will refer friends and family should they need him.

My first issue was that my appointment was at 10 am, and I was not seen by the doctor till 11:20 am. The nurse and doctor was very unsympathetic to the pain I am experiencing. The nurse told me my previous records were gone as they switched to a different system called Athena (I believe medical record retention is 7 years, and my records were from 2023 and 2024). They did an xray of the wrong area today. I also forgot to mention that I heard the nurse complaining about me from the hallway, which is completely unprofessional. The front office staff are friendly and professional. Make note that they do not accept cash. The wait time in the front lobby was minimal. The Dr was nice and addressed my issues. But I can see why others have said they feel a bit rushed. The office itself was very pleasant and clean. I can say that I have another family member that goes here and their experience was different from mine. I think it may just end up being why you're being seen. He said he doesn't see anything on the xray but offered a toradol injection because if it worked, i would have a couple months of pain relief. I have since learned that is impossible. It's only a few hours at best. I have no idea why, in the past few years Dr's have often told me things that make absolutely no sense, but i'm getting sick of not being able to rely on them for accurate information! Recovery was not quick or easy, but I was nearly pain free for the first time in years. Several years later (2012) I had done enough further damage to add L1/L2/L3 to the list. Recovery was a bit quicker and again, pain free (except for a few days here and there. About a year ago my left knee was hurting--Dr. Myles did arthroscopic surgery and that knee is just about good as new (considering I am 69 years old, that is an accomplishment). Dr. Myles is my go-to for all things orthopedic. I have referred several friends and relatives to him. His practice has always gone above and beyond for me, and he is an incredible surgeon and an incredible man.

Modalities were recommended by other orthopedists, in the past, but that only prolonged my pain and I was miserable. I, incidentally, found Dr. Nathan Haile while scrolling on YouTube. I called the office for a visit, and my miraculous journey began. I wish I had found him sooner. I walked into the orthopedic office one (1) year ago using a walker. Currently, I am ambulatory, without assistance. Both, my daughter and I are very satisfied with the treatment I received, and the recovery.
