Harmony is usually the practicing chiropractor, but she has employed other chiropractors on occasion, including her husband. All were great. A word of advice: as far as chiropractors go, Harmony has a light touch. She gets the job done. However, if you like to leave the chiropractor hurting (i.e. a hard reset), this isn't the place for you. Personally, I'm fine either way, but I prefer to not be sore the remainder of the day. Dr. Pittman is straight and to the point (the lady Dr. Pittman) and does like to have all the information in order to properly treat the patient, it seems. He was very professional and after my x-rays were read he made some recommendations and I was scheduled to come back to begin treatment. He explained that after my first few treatments I would probably be sore but that shouldn't last more than a month. He was right! For the first month I actually dreaded my appointments (3X a wk ugh!) but before long I was looking forward to the relief of chiropractic care. Since my first few appointments I've also seen Dr Husier (not sure if her name is spelled correctly). She is a little more gentle (maybe) than Dr Tacket, and although my daughter is convinced that only Dr Tacket helps her...I (being the mom and knowing more) am fully convinced that although the Drs have different techniques, they are both very good at what they do and the end result is the same! The office staff are all super friendly, there has never been one person here that has been the least bit rude or uncaring!!! This is a great place for the whole family! My husband's insurance covered 20 chiropractic appointments per year and he was told when those appointments were finished. So, he waited to make a new one. At no point was any piece of mail or phone call received from these people. Ater waiting and procrastinating, my husband called to make an appointment in Berea for himself and my daughter (McKee is shut down). It's a 30 minute drive and they arrived to a very nasty woman telling them they owed for a year's worth of service and would not be receiving treatment unless they paid $300. My husband should not have had a balance and my daughter had never been told about a copay. The fact that none of this could have been discussed via mail or phone in the year prior is ridiculous. We have no problem paying for service, but were never told what was owed. To be treated so poorly for their mistake was infuriating. We will not be back and i would not recommend these people to anyone while that awful woman, Michelle, is in that office.
