Harmony is usually the practicing chiropractor, but she has employed other chiropractors on occasion, including her husband. All were great. A word of advice: as far as chiropractors go, Harmony has a light touch. She gets the job done. However, if you like to leave the chiropractor hurting (i.e. a hard reset), this isn't the place for you. Personally, I'm fine either way, but I prefer to not be sore the remainder of the day. We checked in with about 10 other people. Their process was streamlined and efficient. We were in a room in 1/2 hour. All personal were great but a special shout out to Dr. Smith. I have never seen a doctor with such wonderful manners and concern and compassion. He was funny and had my mom at ease immediately. We both loved him. He walked us to the exit door. Dr. Pittman is straight and to the point (the lady Dr. Pittman) and does like to have all the information in order to properly treat the patient, it seems. So far we are all very pleased with the experience. As far as the office experience, the only thing lacking is a little quicker communication between patient and staff, but otherwise, they are very sweet and helpful once we are connected.
