Our staging was a disappointing experience - beginning with the selection of furniture/ home decor to the final wrap up. We are left with nails and large holes in our walls - made by the stagers - scratches on our wooden flooring - likely did not take enough precaution and protection in moving the furniture which resulted in damage to our walls and property. read more

Wanted to share my recent experience in working with Orli in staging a listing for sale. This review is a bit unique in that their is absolute objective evidence that staging and properly preparing a listing for sale does make a difference. I listed a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Lincoln Square at $329,000. One issue I faced is that an identical unit directly across the hall from mine had been on the market for a few months at $324,000, that was tenant occupied. My clients' unit was also tenant occupied and when tenants moved out, they left the place an absolute disaster as Orli can attest to. My client had no choice but to re-finish the floors and do a re-paint of the entire unit. We went with a darker stain for the floors which is very, very popular these days along with a paint color recommended by Orli. Thankfully, my client also agreed to hire Orli to stage the unit and it turned out stunning.
