    We had a major organizing and downsizing project- moving from a 9,000 square foot house to a 2500 square foot apartment. I was skeptical about how anyone could make heads or tails of all our boxes and stuff. The team, headed by Mackenzie, was pleasant, methodical and systematic. They engendered confidence and put us at ease. They helped us organize our belongings into donate, for storage and keep and organize. The team was great to work with and they put a priority on making sure we were aligned with their approach.

    Tidy closet!

    As New Year's Eve approached, I found myself in a terrible funk. The funk was reflected in the sad, cluttered state of my house. I was having trouble breaking through the logjam until I showed myself grace and called @m2organize for help. In just 3.5 hours on New Year's Eve, they cleared the huge clothes pile from this chair, restored sanity to my closet, cleared my kitchen island and set up some new storage shelves in the basement (not pictured). The team of Mackenzie and Brittany was so sensitive and kind, but wildly effective! I feel so much better now ... thank you, @m2organize !

    I had these wonderful people help with my home in March. I waited to post a review to test their methods. Well, they passed! They organized my check-all hall closet and my overstuffed linen closet. Not only are both closets organized and beautiful, I have been able to maintain them for 4 months and will continue to do so. I spent the time sitting on the sofa making choices with their help: Stay, Donate, Trash! Afterward I felt wonderful. For my 65 birthday in August, I'm thinking a wardrobe purge!

All the communication is rapid, clear, and convenient. Price: on par with other professional moving companies in the area. Move experience: Seamless. The movers called to say they'd be a few minutes late because of truck issues, but they more than made up for that time by working quickly. They sent 5-6 people to help with our huge move (finally, a company that understands how to staff large moves!), were prepared to handle some very heavy and oddly shaped items, and were extremely proactive and patient with helping me figure out where to put some furniture in smaller spaces in my new house. Vibes: The movers treated our items with care, treated our home with respect, and were still incredibly fast with making the move. He made himself available to me by text prior to the move and assured me all my anxieties were unfounded. On move day he and his team loaded my things quickly and carefully. He even confirmed which boxes were fragile. After he left I flew to MA and the next day around noon they arrived to unload my things. Everything, including my white (!!!) couch, was in perfect condition. A one day turn around for a long distance move is unheard of. Their service was above and beyond. I am appreciative of their kindness and courtesy. Roy and his team weren't just professional they were personal. They truly care about their clients. Absolutely pathetic and I hope they are held accountable as I have reported Bell Labor and Moving Services in our U-Haul Claims, and also with the Better Business Bureau and Chicago Consumer Bureau. I would strongly caution anyone considering booking with Bell Moving and Labor Services. Our experience was extremely disappointing and added unnecessary stress to an already stressful moving day. We scheduled two movers for 2/21 at 10:00 AM to help load our belongings into a 26-foot U-Haul truck for two hours. We booked the service through U-Haul, expecting professionalism and reliability. Unfortunately, the movers never showed up. The manager I spoke with, Devonte is the name he mentioned, told me both over the phone and via text that the two movers were on their way. However, he never provided a confirmed ETA and repeatedly pushed back their arrival time. We waited with no clear communication and ultimately no service. No follow-up, no accountability -- just empty assurances while our moving timeline was completely disrupted. In my opinion, this experience felt deceptive and completely unprofessional. Moving is already overwhelming, and this company provided zero support or reliability when we needed it most. We have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau so that others are aware of our experience. I also believe companies that promote third-party services, like U-Haul, should take greater responsibility in vetting the businesses they recommend. Customers trust these referrals. They responded swiftly with a fair price, time, and clarification for the project. Bell Moving provided a flat rate for 2 hours with 2 movers and a box truck that. The owner introduced himself by name at the start of communication. Was always cordial and responsive. Please note that this was a service requested the same week. The night before there was confirmation of the moving arrangements. The day of, I received a call to keep me posted of expected time of arrival and point of arrival. The young men, Diquan (owner) and Donavan, were very pleasant with in-person introductions and hand shakes. They were in their company labeled pull-overs with gloves at the ready. They got right to work. They were careful and quick. They were not put off by suggestions for navigation of the move at the pick-up site. They packed the items in the truck with awareness of spacing and care of the items (which included a mirror). I received a follow-up call when they reached the delivery address. They asked where each item should be placed. They were aware of difficult room entries and made adjustments without damaging the property. They let me know when the last item was off the truck and being placed in the appropriate room. There were various ways to pay, which was discussed prior to the day of the job. I rendered payment at the end. They thanked me. I thanked them and asked for business cards to share. I will be recommending them and using them again. Thank you guys!
