When I emailed & my brother called to speak to the owner, as I refused to allow this guy to continue with the arrangements, another funeral director intervened. The owner never contacted us over our concerns or to apologize for his employee's rude behavior. We needed support and compassion not a jerk who makes $ off of people's death! Handling of arrangements and planning of services for the day was beyond my expectations, attention to detail was impeccable. We had some special requests, they were accommodating make us feel well cared for. The amount of support I received navigating through all arrangements, I cannot put into words. Danny was always available to me seems like 24/7. My dad passed away on Christmas Day, Danny was in contact with me on that day. I knew on Christmas Eve the time was coming to end, both Jeff and Danny took time away from their families to check in with me . When he should have been spending time with there families.
